Not even a single star , never purchase any product on first cry , always delayed the delivery or you never get the product at your door step and if you ask for refund , you must forget the money , bad customer assistance , never recommend to purchase any thing from first cry

I had one of the worst business…

I had one of the worst business experiences after investing in a FirstCry Intellitots franchise in Haryana. We trusted the FirstCry brand and believed the promises made by the franchise team, but the reality was completely different.

During the sales process, we were encouraged to invest a significant amount of money and were led to believe that the franchise had strong business potential. However, after making the investment, we were repeatedly asked to pay additional amounts for different services and admissions. The overall cost became far higher than we had expected.

Despite spending so much money, our center managed to get only four admissions. We suffered a huge financial loss, and instead of receiving the support that had been promised, we often felt ignored.

My interactions with Neha, Akansha, and Kamaljeet, who were part of the communication regarding our franchise, were extremely disappointing. Whenever we reached out with concerns or asked for help regarding admissions, marketing, or the ongoing expenses, we felt that our concerns were not taken seriously. The responses were often delayed, dismissive, and unhelpful. As franchise owners who had invested our savings, we expected professional support, but that was not our experience.

The lack of transparency regarding the total costs and the continued requests for additional payments placed our family under severe financial and emotional stress. We invested in good faith, expecting a partnership, but instead felt left on our own after making the payments.

I am sharing my genuine personal experience to help others make an informed decision. My advice is to thoroughly review every fee, ask detailed questions about all future costs, and speak with multiple existing franchise owners before investing.

Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend buying a FirstCry Intellitots franchise. It resulted in a substantial financial loss for my family and was one of the most disappointing business decisions we have ever made.

Ik din night me 9 pm pr koi chor aaya or hub ka locker lekr chla gya. company ka kehna hai k usme 5 lakh rkhe thay. Extremely disappointed with my…

Extremely disappointed with my experience ordering from FirstCry.
My order was supposed to be delivered on 6 July 2026, but even several days after the promised date, there was no delivery. Instead of providing a clear resolution, customer support simply said they could not guarantee a delivery date and asked me to keep tracking the shipment myself.
As a customer, I shouldn't have to deal with issues caused by your logistics partner. If you choose a courier service, you are responsible for ensuring orders reach customers on time. Passing the responsibility to the customer is unacceptable.
The support I received was generic, unhelpful, and showed no accountability. There was no concrete delivery timeline, no proactive communication, and no real effort to resolve the issue. For a platform that caters to parents and children, timely delivery is essential—not optional.
This has been my first and last purchase from FirstCry. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend the platform to anyone looking for reliable service. I expected professionalism and accountability, but unfortunately received neither.

Worst shopping experience with FirstCry. I received a damaged product, but FirstCry refused to return or replace it. Customers should not have to suffer because of defective products. Very poor customer service and disappointing return policy. Please improve your quality checks and support for customers.

I am extremely disappointed with both the Babyhub 3-in-1 High Chair and the service provided through this app. The product was delivered with defects and poor build quality, making it unacceptable for use.

I reported the issue immediately and requested a replacement. It has now been 15 days, and the defective product has still not been picked up. Because of this delay, my replacement order has not even been processed. I have been left waiting with no proper resolution or timeline.

This has been a frustrating experience, especially when purchasing a product for a baby. I expected much better quality and customer service. I would not recommend this brand or this app unless they improve their quality checks and after-sales support.

I had a very disappointing experience with FirstCry. They charge a convenience fee for their service, but there was nothing convenient about my order. Instead of providing good customer service, they failed to deliver even basic support.

Their delivery partner was extremely unprofessional and behaved rudely. As a customer, I expected respectful communication, but the experience was frustrating and unacceptable.

I also raised a complaint with FirstCry's customer support, but no proper assistance was provided. My complaint was simply closed without resolving the issue, and my order was cancelled without my consent. Despite cancelling the order, FirstCry kept the convenience fee of around ₹100, which is unfair considering the service they provided.

Charging customers a convenience fee while failing to offer convenient or reliable service is unacceptable. Based on my experience, FirstCry's customer service, complaint handling, and delivery management need significant improvement. Very disappointing experience, and I would not recommend their service unless they improve their customer support and delivery standards.

If you'd like, I can also make it sound more formal or more concise for platforms with character limits.

Didn’t receive refund amount

I have ordered and canceled few items from my order but I haven’t received my money back into my bank and can’t contact anyone as thet do not have customer service except the bot which was asking to upload my bank statement. How could we trust them and upload our bank statement.. such a bad experience.. lost my money.. never ordering from them again

Extremely disappointing experience

Extremely disappointing experience. I will never shop here again.

I have shopped at this store before and have spent around ₹3,000 in total. Later, I received multiple phone calls from the store informing me that I had received two ₹350 vouchers (one for each purchase). The store even called me on June 26 and informed me that June 27 was the last day to redeem the vouchers, so I visited the store on June 27.

When I reached the store, I was informed that the vouchers could only be used on products from two selected brands and only for clothes and shoes. There were only about 5–6 eligible items available, and most of them were priced at ₹600–₹700 or more, making the ₹350 voucher practically useless.

Even after that, I selected an item worth ₹399 and went to the billing counter. That’s when they told me that I could redeem only ₹100, not the ₹350 that had been repeatedly promised over the phone. If the voucher had so many conditions or was worth only ₹100, they should have clearly informed customers before asking them to visit the store. This was misleading and a complete waste of my time.

This review is not about the voucher itself. I never expected or demanded a voucher, and I wouldn’t have had any issue if I hadn’t received one. My concern is the way customers are misled. After repeatedly calling me and asking me to visit the store to redeem two ₹350 vouchers before they expired, I trusted the information they provided and visited the store. Only after selecting an item and reaching the billing counter was I informed that I could redeem only ₹100. This kind of misleading communication is unacceptable and a complete waste of a customer’s time.

Overall, this was one of the worst shopping experiences I’ve had. Misleading communication, hidden conditions, slow billing, poor customer service, and not even providing a carry bag after the purchase—I had to carry the product in my hands. I would definitely not recommend this store to anyone.

Harassment Due to Repeated False Pickup Promises

I received my order (Order ID: 42696368QWHE25819E) over 20 days ago, and the product has not been functioning properly since day one. I immediately raised a request for a return or replacement—whichever was possible. Yet, even after 20 days, your customer service has failed to resolve the issue.

Every single day at 11:00 AM, I receive an SMS stating that the product will be picked up and a replacement will be delivered. However, the contact number provided is never that of the actual pickup executive, making the entire process pointless and misleading.

This is not just poor service—it's a complete failure of your customer support and operational systems. Instead of resolving a genuine customer complaint, you have made me chase the same issue for nearly three weeks. Please fix your internal processes, update your employee/vendor coordination, and stop harassing customers who trusted your brand.

I chose FirstCry expecting reliable service, but this experience has been nothing short of disappointing. Ironically, your name suggests "FirstCry" for a baby's first cry, but after dealing with your products and customer service, it's the parents who are left crying.

This has been one of the worst post-purchase experiences I've had. Competitors like Amazon handle returns and replacements far more efficiently and professionally.

I expect an immediate resolution to this matter. If this issue is not resolved without further delay, I will be compelled to escalate it through the appropriate consumer grievance channels.

Very poor customer service from First Cry.

Very poor customer service from FirstCry. I have been waiting for more than one month for the return pickup of my tricycle order. Despite repeated complaints and assurances from customer support, the issue is still unresolved. The pickup was rejected multiple times due to the large package size, causing unnecessary stress and inconvenience. I am extremely disappointed with the after-sales service and would not recommend FirstCry based on this experience.

My experience with FirstCry felt like fraud, fraud, and more fraud. I received a damaged bedside crib after a major delivery delay. The order was incorrectly marked as undelivered, preventing a return request. Despite around 20 calls and emails, I received repeated promises but no resolution. ₹6,000 wasted and extremely disappointing customer service.

Very disappointed with my FirstCry…

Very disappointed with my FirstCry experience. I ordered a product as a birthday gift for my child, but it was not delivered on time. The product quality was very poor and did not match my expectations.
The return pickup and refund process were extremely slow, and I faced several unnecessary difficulties. Even the customer service was very poor and unable to resolve the issues efficiently.
I feel that FirstCry does not value customers' time and money. Customers trust the platform and spend their hard-earned money expecting quality products and reliable service, but my experience was the opposite.
Overall, this was a frustrating experience, and I will not be using FirstCry again in the future. I hope the company improves its product quality, customer service, and return process for future customers.

Nomore I am now customer of FIRSTCRY platform…

This was my worst experience with FirstCry.com which i booked on 12th May 2025. I was once upon a time big user of firstcry as I got a baby girl in 2024. But because of their bad service and harassment given by it's delivery men once I am forced to cancel my order as the delivery was not taken even after many days of delay. Finally when I canceled my order due to their bad service; my money was not fully refunded. Big amount of money was deducted. Firstcry is not a trustworthy company. I feel they are almost like a fraud ad I lost my money with them. Now I am buying from Amazon. I personally don't advice people anyone to buy on firstcry platform because of my bad experiences. Today I saw someone got verdict to get Rs.50000 compensation from FirstCry.com due to their bad service and 420 management. So I remembered my bad experiences and want to share with people. My advice don't buy from FIRSTCRY.COM.

Very bad experience they r doing scam they have set replacement policy not return for products… if we put for replacement also they will cancel they won't accept or give other product... I purchased rider it says up to 3years baby can ride but my daughter is of below 2years she can't sit its very small n it has sharp Edges near legs of the rider its very bad my daughter got scratches but these people after complaining also they won't understand or agree... Just they will
Say the product is good by seeing photos n says they can't replace they won't send delivery person to check
Quality n issues we r facing with out that they will reject the product… the Custer executives r very bad they don't know how to tackel
