We brought our daughter her first car from First Car Club, it was a great experience from start to finish and now have one happy daughter. First Car Club even delivered the car too us at home, which a fantastic bonus for us - great service, highly recommend using them, we wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Good experience. The car was delivered to our address with no issues. The car was MOTed on the day of delivery and all paperwork was sorted.

Can’t fault the service provided and the car itself. Went to test drive Polo for my daughter and the seller left us alone so we can explore the car without interruption. After paying deposit the car was delivered next day. I was suspicious at the beginning as there is not much information about the company and there was one review which was negative but because the seller kept in touch via WhatsApp, I decided to go and see myself as the state of the car was very good and I didn’t want to miss the opportunity just because of a negative review. I highly recommend this company, my daughter is happy with her first car! Even after the sale the seller still wanted to know if we are happy with the purchase. Plus the long warranty is saying that the seller is confident about the car’s condition. Thank you!

Delivered the car quickly, repaired advisories on MOT before delivery.

Small issue with the warning light (lights) however, First Car Club, reached out straight the way.

Looking to buy a first car for my son. This 'company' was advertising a car for sale through autotrader. Checked out the seller (First Car club), very professional website with lots of positive testimonials.
My son contacted them to arrange a viewing for today. Despite stating in the initial message that it needed to be today, due to distance, a reply came suggesting an earlier date. Reiterated it needed to be today and no response received. I then contacted by telephone yesterday and arranged a viewing for 13.00 today. On arrival for the viewing, the address didn't exist. Spoke with a business on the industrial estate who informed me there were ongoing problems with individuals using the car park to show vehicles and that they usually hung around on the street corner! Telephone call to the business number to query address and voicemail left. Quick check with Companies house did not turn up any 'First car club'. Waited 5 minutes and as no one arrived we left. Telephone call received 10 minutes later from First Car Club stating they had received a missed call, did not listen to voicemail. Explained I had an appointment at 13.00 but was concerned that the address did not exist. The individual pretended to not have spoken to or made an appointment with me yesterday, implying the situation was my fault. I would not have completed a 200 mile round trip without an appointment. My mistake was thinking this was a legitimate business.
