I ordered a product from this company to repair my stove, unfortunately it arrived wrong and I couldn't see a phone number so I contacted them via a new customer form. Within 30-40 minutes the manager phoned me and said he was sending a replacement. No hassle, no arguing and a really good description of the product I was receiving as the original size was discontinued. I throughly recommend using them as not only are there products seemingly hig quality but also the jump straight on issues, a very rare quality in a business these days. Thankyou

Our stove fire brick broke on a Saturday afternoon, the Saturday before Christmas. Did some online research with most companies understandably closed for Christmas or not shipping until new year.
Fire Spares had a WhatsApp option for questions, so on a Sunday morning I asked if they were able to ship before Christmas, not expecting a reply until Monday, however Mark replied less than 2 hrs later saying no problem and if I order he'll ship it on a 24hr delivery which he did and they turned up well packaged, none broken on Tuesday morning!! Amazing service and so happy & grateful! Thank you!

I ordered firebricks online for my log burner and found the website extremely easy to use. The search function was quick and accurate, and even though I wasn’t sure which model log burner I had, the guidance on how to identify it was clear and easy to follow.

Delivery was very fast, and the bricks arrived well packaged. Unfortunately, I realised after opening them that I had ordered the wrong ones. I contacted the company, and they responded immediately. They arranged an exchange straight away, organising both the collection and replacement delivery for the very next day.

I honestly can’t fault the customer service—it's been excellent from start to finish. The firebricks themselves are superb quality and very competitively priced. It’s refreshing to deal with such a helpful and accommodating company.

Ordered fire bricks and unfortunately there are 5 to 6 different variants my mistake should have done my home work.
So the side bricks were not the right size i needed.
Phoned Mark the director and he could have not been more helpful it really is a breath of fresh air to have someone so helpful and polite and professional.

Excellent service!!!! I contacted Firesparesonline twice prior to ordering asking for advice, Mark was very helpful. Even offered for an engineer to ring if there's any problems when the bricks are being fitted.. I ordered the bricks on Wednesday morning and they arrived Thursday morning.. Gobsmacked! I only ordered firebricks on Thursday morning, probably before opening time and got an email an hour later informing me that my order had been fulfilled and that the items would be dispatch for next day delivery. They arrived Friday PM. I was so surprised that I called the company to confirm. I spoke to the owner who simply said it was the way they liked to do business. What a fantastic company, if I need further fire spares I know where to go. Bricks now fitted and fire being lit.
