I had no problem with the product or how it was processed by Firemart, in fact found it very efficient.
The problem was getting the product to me!
The first day City-Link delivered there was no one to receive the parcel, so I tried unsuccessfully to re-schedule, knowing that the following day there also wouldn't be any one at home. I also emailed City-Link and complained about the service, to date no-one has contacted me, even though their email says within 12 hours. I therefore had no choice, but to drive a round trip to Norwich, some 72 miles to collect. The collection point was also another City- Link nightmare, but that's another story.
So overall, I would have been better off buying the product out of a shop as it's cost me in travelling to receive my goods. A pity someone else has caused you to have a poor star rating.
Since this experience, I know find in the last 48 hours, that if I memtion the name City- Link, I get the same negative response.

Bought fire fighting equipment as a landlord for a house in multiple occupation. All items were safely delivered within a few days, and the items met my needs. Good price as compared to other websites. Good communication throughout sale.
Items were of excellent quality and value, and would certainly recommend the company to anyone.

Easy to order, arrived quickly and well packaged.

I placed an order for next day delivery, for which I paid extra, and not only did it not arrive but they didn't bother to contact me about it. As the product is a legal requirement for driving in France, you would have thought they would be a bit more conscientious. When I told them the product hadn't arrived several days after the delivery date and that we were leaving that day they said they were short on stock and senselessly offered to send another. So I cancelled my order.

Have ordered and received 2 small fire extinguishers now for customers with static caravans on our caravan park. Both delivered in a couple of days but the price did go up by 50p between orders! Not complaining though - very good value for money.

Its the first time I'd used FireMART and they shipped the item and hadn't paid enough for post and ended up costing me a further £2.30.
Once I told them of this, they quickly offered to credit the addition charge back on my credit card.

Service second to none, everything we have ever ordered has arrived the following morning, even though on occasion we have not selected the next day delivery option!! Fantastic.
