We contacted Finspace with a pretty complex auction property purchase, after growing tired of our typical lender.

Gianluca was on-hand to offer us valuable advice on a suitable lender and expert assistance throughout the sales process.

Throughout the process there were numerous setbacks, however Gianluca always remained positive and leveraged both his relationship with the lender, as well as his industry knowledge to ensure things continued to progress.

Gianluca's communication was impeccable too. He gave regular phonecalls and/or emails whenever there was a progress update or something needed. And this wasn't just limited to us, he also maintained crucial lines of communication with our Solictor and the lender.

We will absolutely be coming back to Gianluca in the future. He is a true asset to Finspace and an excellent reflection of the company.

Uncertainty is never a good time to commit to any endeavour, especially when factors outside of the investors control, will affect the finial commitment of the decision at hand. Luke and Annemarie exceeded expectations at every stage of my bridging finance application for my property auction purchase. This was my first time applying for a bridging loan and Luke did a great job in explaining the whole process and his guidance was invaluable. He was able to find a deal cheaper than what the lender was offering to direct applicants and did not charge a broker fee so I have saved £1000+ by using FinSpace. Their communication was 10/10 and most times responses were instant (even later in the day). They were happy to chase my solicitor when the auction deadline to complete the property purchase was approaching.
