Go anywhere else, the discounts are not worth the aggravation.
I had to give them 1 star because it wouldn't let me review if I didn't, but i would give them 0. The inability to get an order correct when placed online is the norm, and trying to get your funds returned is an even greater odyssey. They always have an excuse why they need to restart the 3-5 day wait period and after 9 days, still no refund.

Ordered two pairs of shoes online. Received a box from Finish Line with protein powder in it, not the shoes I ordered. I contacted customer service. They apologized and sent me a return label. I sent the package back expecting a refund. A month later, the same box arrived on my doorstep with the protein powder in it. I contacted customer service. They were supposed to resolve the issue and refund my account. As of today, no refund has been processed. I am very frustrated and will never buy from them again.

I went into the store and asked for a pair of shoes that was $80. After getting to the register the shoes rang up for $110. Went and got the shoe with the tag that say $80, they pulled the tag off in front of me and said that was the wrong price for the shoe. Told me because it was a Jordan that they couldn’t override the price even though it was marked for $80.

Bought a pair of Nike Vapormax, purple shoes a week ago. Ran on the road with the shoes and the left shoe hurt my foot. Tried to return the shoes at the Freehold Mall store and the manager wouldn't take them back. I offered to do an exchange for the Flynet shoe with no success. Every running store I purchased running shoes takes returns ie Foot Locker, Road Runner Sports etc. Do not recommend buying any running shoe at Finish Line unless you're 100% sure you want it. The Manager at the Freehold Mall Finish Line wasn't very understanding or helpful.

I got shipped the wrong size shoe not once but twice. This has been the worst shopping experience of my life. Customer service was unhelpful and unable to resolve my situation besides just getting me a shipping labels to send the shoes back. This was not my error, this was the company’s error. now I have to spend my time to return the items and I didn’t get the shoes I wanted. This is a major inconvenience for me, I will not be shopping here again, and I will be telling everyone I know how terrible the finish line experience was for me. Take note, if a company/brand makes a mistake, you apologize and you fix it. You do not put it back on the customer.

The Under Armor 3Z6 shoes are ideal for basketball, I like how they support my ankles, they are comfortable and they give me agility. It does not slip easily, it has a good grip on the floor, and the aesthetics are magnificent. It is the first purchase that I make in the Finish Line store, I liked the ease of handling the page, the package arrived on time and in perfect condition. I would buy here again. First purchase from Ecuador.
zero customer service
customer service is located in india. i sent an email to get an update on why my package was late. they canceled my order and said it would take another 4-6 business days to receive. i purchase the shoes well it advance for a upcoming trip. now i dont have the shoes. i dont have my money either. i had contact my credit card company to report the transaction. worst company to use to buy shoes. hope they go out of business for stealing peoples money.

My daughter opened her Christmas gift and the white NIKE AIR MAX 97 had a pink stain on them. I took them to JD SPORTS and they refused to give me a refund because it was past 45 days. They told me that I could have put the stain on the shoe MYSELF and had to mail the defective sneaker back to finish line. I called finish line and they told me I had to contact the MANUFACTURER! What??? Now NIKE says I have to file a CLAIM??? THE CONSUMER HAS TO FILE A CLAIM WITH NIKE TO GET A REFUND FOR A DEFECTIVE PRODUCT! I PURCHASE A $100 PAIR OF NIKE SNEAKERS WITH A PINK STAIN ON THEM AND I HAVE TO CONTACT THE MANUFACTURER?? What a hassle and inconvenience let alone being told that I could have put the stain on them. DONT TAKE A CHANCE ORDERING NIKE FROM FINISH LINE. THIS COULD BE YOU.
Worst customer service in the industry
Purchased two items for Christmas gifts on 11/26 . Decided that one was not needed, took it back for refund.
Received refund on the item but did not get original purchase receipt back.
After Christmas went back to try and return the other item and was told we could not return with out original receipt.
Was purchased with credit card.
Would not even give store credit.
Called customer service number and was on hold for 35 minutes , when finally connected was cut off and and had to call back and wait for another 33 minutes.
Finally talked to someone with hardly no understanding of English language . Finally she stated she would email me with a return voucher. Then received a phone message later that she needed more information?
I am retired from 49 years in retail and have never experienced anything like this in my life.
All we wanted was a refund or store credit for the return rd item.
Have credit card statement showing the transaction.

Ordered for in store pick up which stated there was plenty and after holding my money they canceled the order. The store said they haven’t seen that item in there store, so it’s not like someone beat me to the last one. Any orders not recommended.

I was super hesitant to order shoes from finish line based on the reviews on this site. But they had the last pair of Nikes that my son wanted in his size that I could find anywhere! So- I ordered, and I’m so glad that I did! They communicated clearly and delivered quickly. I am so glad that we have the shoes my boy wants for Christmas! Thanks Finish Line!

Finish Line customer service sucks.I called about a cancel order and why they didn't return my refund. I got 3 different ppl saying 3 different thing and on top of that they all hung up on me. And then when I called back to speak with a supervisor they left me on hold for so long. I will never shop here again. And I hope no one else does. They full of crap.
Paid for merchandise I never received
Customer service is not something this company knows. I ordered items online, was charged and nothing has ever shipped. I have called twice to discuss my issue and it's like talking in circles to India. I recommend purchasing direct from Nike or using a valid wholesaler like Dick's.

Attempted to buy a pair of shoes for my son, the shoes never got shipped and they never gave me a refund and now they say it’s too long to give me a refund, bunch of thieves is what this company is, don’t ever buy from them all they will do is steal your money, I have tried several times just to get my money back for a product I never received and they have never given it back even though the day they are going to.

I buy so many sneakers from various places and finishline is by far the absolute worst. I've literally spent about $3,000 or more this year with them and there's always a problem every time but my last order I placed on September 20th just never shipped here it is over a month later and I still didn't receive my shoes I literally had to call them to see where my shoes are at and they just apologized said it didn't ship and all they could do was issue a return. That will be the last dollar I spend with them bet that.

Wish I could put a negative star. I brought a pair of Nikes for my daughter she put them on and a instant crease. Called the store two people told me I could return and was sent two return labels. I send them back and they tell me no they can’t exchange the shoes when obviously something is wrong with the shoes. Then call to talk to a manager and it seems like they are now trying to out wait me to see if I will hang up because a manager won’t get on the phone. I should of read there reviews I see why they have such a low rating for customer service now I’m waiting for them to send me the product back when had they not told me that I could exchange them I would have contacted Nike right away. I will never shop at finish line again. U lost a customer and I will tell everyone I know not to shop there!!!!!!
