The website is informative with a wide range of products, however that's the end of the good news, I have tried asking the proprietor simple questions about the product I bought and possible reconfiguration to my preference, Durr! . I suggest if you need more information than is on the tin ! Look elsewhere.

Reverse osmosis filter
Bought a reverse osmosis filter.
It arrived in a timely manner, well packed, and I got it working - importantly without leaks, once I figured out the set up.
The only area of criticism I have is that the set up instructions were not all that helpful, so I used AI to help and figured out how the piping works and its exact configuration.

The item was delivered promptly
The item was delivered promptly, much sooner than anticipated, and seems to work well. The instructions with it were pretty generic and not much use. I was expecting the item to be much larger, considering the high capacity figures quoted, but as long as it does the job I'll be happy.

18 filters for my fish pond
Ordered filters and arrived with 3 days. Although I haven’t fitted to my fish pond filter yet, the quality seems excellent and seem as good as the original Oase filters yet at least half of the price
