Very helpful on the phone and product packaging and delivery was faultless and great prices.
Just bought a 6 stage pumped home osmosis filter kit, it was very comprehensive and easy to instal with basic DIY skills, instructions are good for installation and building up the complete system, it comes 80% built with the main filters to install, it has so many fittings for water and waste connections I would be very surprised if you had to buy any extra, it looks very well made with a nice touch a pressure gauge, it has minor issues with bleeding all the air from the pump but it’s sortable with a little effort, this is due to routing off pipes, I may reroute when I have to change the filters with the left over pipe work.
My last kit lasted 10years until the pump failed and this new kit was better value than just the replacement pump for my old system, it was from another supplier.
Very well priced to, this is now my go to water filtration company.

I would definitely recommend this product. The water that the machine produces is very good - a noticeable difference from normal tap water.  The flow rate when you turn the tap on is pretty slow even though we have reasonable water pressure. The machine is well designed,robust and much more convenient than the old RO systems as it simply requires you to open the 2 compartments to change the filters when that time comes. Those are the good things. The downsides are it doesn't take 30 minutes to install, unless you are good at DIY or have a plumber . You will need to put a fitting on your inlet pipe or add an extension. We added ours to the washing machine pipe.  You will also need to drill a hole in the waste pipe. Ensure you get this done properly or there will be leaks! The instructions are poor and I'm not exaggerating. If you have a plumber then you should be fine but if not,you might have some difficulty. I spoke with a customer service rep once. Everytime I called it just kept ringing and then went to an answer phone.  I left a message on the day I was setting it up and didn't get a response.  Although the machine is very good, if you require some guidance and help, you might have difficulty getting through to anyone. Maybe it was just bad luck for me. Altogether,I would get the machine again and I would recommend it,however,if I didn't have help setting it up,I would've had to call in a plumber. It took us at least 2 hours to work it out and fit it. If the instructions were improved that would make a big difference.

Very poor customer service.

The delivery was never attempted. I contacted FinerFilters customer service. They were not unhelpful and didn't care to address the problem.

[update] Finerfilters did later reply by email to try to resolve the delivery issue.

Orders RO membranes for our RO unit. We ordered the wrong size, only realised when it arrived as the size was slightly different. The code was one digit different, so completely our fault. However, Finerfilters were great, we dropped them an email to explain, they replied quickly and gave us return details. The refund was back in our account today after the items arrived back with them yesterday. Speedy and efficient. Thanks very much!

Filters ordered were not correct but Sophie at Finer Filters sorted the situation very quickly and efficiently and correct filters delivered next day.

Company refuses to take the item back within 14 trial days. I have bought British Berkefeld Stainless steel gravity fed water filter - complete system with ceramic water filter candles and after testing it I am not happy with filters performance. Filtered water had double amount of TDS. This filter increases TDS amount in plain water which is not mentioned in the items description. I bought it for water filtering purposes and as it doesn’t do what it is advertised for I have reached out for customer service within 14 days trial period with intentions to return it and receive a full money refund. Customer service refused to take the item back and issue a refund as the item was used/ tested for performance and offered me a store credit instead which I’m not happy with and would not like to obtain any of their products, I just need my full payment refund which I’m liable for within 14 days of receiving a product. Their policy states that if good are unwanted but still in resealable condition, you have 14 days from receipt of your goods to send the items back to them for a refund or if after 14 days, they are only able to offer an exchange. All goods must be unused and in original packaging upon return. They can not refund any goods that have been damaged whilst in my possession. Please be aware that it is your responsibility to arrange the shipping of unwanted items. They are not responsible for any return costs of unwanted goods.
There was no informations or warnings about increased TDS amount from filter system in products description as it is risky for your health and can cause side effects.

After amount of emails I am being ignored by the company and their customer service team.
I am forced to take some legal actions against this company in order to get my money back for falsely advertised product.
So please be aware before you get anything from this company.

Having just got back from a holiday in Dubai where the coffee shop had the most amazing cappuccino and latte double walled glasses, we were so pleased to find the same design on this site. Through no fault of Finerfilters, some damage occurred in transit, and the manufacturers had changed the design (but unfortunately not the product code!) and so rather different items arrived than expected. Tracey could not have been more helpful or tried any harder to try and source the original design for us, kept in touch constantly via phone and email, and when all else failed, provided a very kind painless resolution. We would not hesitate to purchase from here again.

I searched for some time online to find a replacement stand alone filter tap system
Found by chance Finer Filters website, found what I wanted, they had a live chat system and landline number which I used to clarify my requirements.
Ordered the kit & the order came with the option of buying additional filters at half price, which I bought.
Came with Free Postsge 3-5 days arrived in 3 fitted it in under an hour …. Perfect

Decent quality replacement filter tap, quick delivery

Very poor customer service experience. Placed an order on 28th February 2022 and paid in full only to find out a few days later some of the order is not in stock. Having to chase to see when they will fulfil the order. Company doesn't answer calls just voicemail and when you email this is their standard response. Very dissatisfied to date.

Used Finerfilters for good value Neff alternative fridge freezer water cartridges. Following a catastrophic failure of a while house water treatment system in the summer I bought one of their whole house, salt free, softening/filter systems to replace it. Excellent customer service, easy ordering, rapid delivery and as usual, good price. The system works well with no drop in pressure even when all three showers were in use at the same time. Cartridges initially look expensive until you consider their longevity and then they work out the same as others...but without the hassle of changing them every six months. A couple of items got damaged in transit but they were replaced without any quibble and the new ones arrived the next day. In my opinion the mark of a good company is not that nothing goes wrong but how they deal with issues when they arise - which puts Finerfilters at the top!

I ordered the filter and tap kit for the sink. It arrived very quickly and was fitted very quickly. As I already had a spare hole in my sink as I had converted earlier from a dual tap to a single hole tap this was ideal. I think it took me longer to get the old plug out of the hole than it did to fit the filter. Must have been about ten minutes. Ran the grey water out and started to us the tap immediately.
I bought the filter and tap for a fire effect that I have which recommends to use filtered water for the effect. I am now using it for drinking - tea, coffee, juices etc too. It tastes soooo much better and not so gritty on the teeth. I just wish that I had invested years ago to get more benefit.
This was well worth the investment and only a few quid for a replacement filter every 6 months as recommended.
Oh! Great quality product too by the way.

Have spent hours struggling with my replacement filter for my Hisense American Fridge/Freezer. Spoke to Tracey on Finerfilters Customer Services and between us we remedied the problem by using a screw cap FF-7 filer from Finerfilters and it did the job first tim and in only a few minutes. Brilliant, will purchase more from them and other filters for my hot tap.

I buy Them system from the Amazon but after six months later when we change the filters everything stopped working and I ask them help They want to image I sent them they want to change the Different tube I did but still NOT WORKING honestly i wasting time and plus paid them all the filters I asked them if they System I will give them for free and I will put in the rubbish honestly for long run do not buy that’s rubbish I spent £300 for nothing You will just get upset invest your money for them Robbie system

I recently bought a RO 6 stage filtration system and once received realised it was going to be too big. I contacted customer service and they quickly responded and processed the refund. The service i received was fantastic. Would definitely recommend.

I have used finer filters for several years for my fridge filters. They have always been good value for money, effective and professional speedy service.
I purchased a hot tap. I did unfortunately have an issue with it and the service I received to rectify the problem was outstanding.
I highly recommend finer filters.
