Just be mindful re the engraving that you are limited to how many letters on the diamond.3 times I had to adjust but that was me being thick 🤪

We ordered a gift of a Christmas hamper which never arrived, when we wrote to find me a gift, we heard nothing back.

Delivered in record time. Just a couple of days. Haven’t tried it as it’s a present for a 70th birthday. I’ve no doubt it will be well received 😀

First one delivered quickly . The only thing I would suggest is somewhere to have a message added. I was sending it as a birthday gift and there was nowhere to add even my name so I just had to tell the person it was on its way.
We were given a subscription as a gift at Christmas and again , there was nothing to say who or where it was from.
Otherwise we loved ours - great instructions and fabulous tastes .

Ordered gifts for my nieces 40th. Needed them swiftly so paid nearly £7 for next day delivery. Here we are four days later and the parcel is still sitting at Evri’s depot. Will never again order from this company whilst they use the appalling Evri for their deliveries. Have complained to both companies but nothing has been resolved. Awful customer service.

I’ve have been charged twice for a stay at a yacht Hotel twice and once was over charged I have not been sent my tickets to my email like iam supposed to have iam very disappointed at this point fills like they robed and scammed me don’t use this website stay away
I was charged £299.19 on the 3ed of February 2026 and £319.20 on the 4th of February 2026 and I have not had no tickets I want over changed on the second one aswel

I purchased the personalised coat of arms and surname history print for my husband's birthday and we were delighted with the depth of information provided. Sadly, when the package was opened we discovered that the frame was broken which spoiled the surprise.
