Jakub and Hanna were both so knowledgable and responsive. We were found a loan that suited our needs really well, it was arranged quickly and -crucially - they were great at smoothing out any bumps in the road which are kind of inevitable in the long and complicated house-buying process. 1st Mortgage. Highly Recommend
My experience with Finamply was excellent. Throughout the process every step was clear and as this was my first mortgage I never felt any question was silly to ask.
George was incredibly friendly and personable throughout and I would happily deal with him again and recommend him. Especially if you’re taking out your first mortgage. He will keep you in the loop at all times and make sure you are feeling okay about what’s going on.
As everything progressed, I was then handed over to Justine who I also only have positive things to say about.
Will definitely be using Finamply again in the future.

An honest review
I have found the frequency and nature of phone calls to be unnecessary and, at times, inappropriate. This is why, when I changed my number in October, I was reluctant to continue telephone communication, and have avoided Finamply gaining access to my new number. In the early stages, receiving calls every 24 hours to “check how I was getting on” felt like an inappropriate use of access to my personal contact information.
There were further instances where phone calls were not warranted, such as contacting me simply to inform me that you would be on annual leave in Cornwall for two weeks.
Throughout this process, I have also experienced a consistent lack of attention to information I had already provided. For example, you contacted me 48 hours after a previous call to ask whether I had flown from Northern Ireland to England to view properties and place offers, despite my having repeatedly clarified that I was based in Northern Ireland and that no immediate action would be taken in viewing any properties. Another instance involved my attendance at a funeral, which I informed you of multiple times, only to continue receiving emails from you throughout the day. Additionally, you requested a “quick call” during my working hours to ask whether I had started my new job—despite several email exchanges and a 90-minute Teams meeting confirming my start date.
I have had to repeat basic information on multiple occasions, which has been both frustrating and unprofessional. Citing illness and “catching up” does not fully account for this when all recent correspondence has been clearly documented in email. For example, despite confirming my start date in writing, I was asked over a month later of starting my new role, whether I had begun the role. I would strongly recommend keeping accurate notes on client interactions to avoid repeatedly asking for established information. This experience has left me with a negative impression of Finamply and, personally, of your approach to client communication. At a minimum, knowing your client—or referring back to your own records—should be standard practice.
Finally, I found it particularly inappropriate that despite informing you on Monday, and again on Tuesday afternoon, that I would be unavailable on Wednesday due to attending a funeral, you proceeded to email me regardless. This caused entirely avoidable stress on an already difficult day. The matters you raised in that email could easily have been addressed either the day before or the day after. Your decision to press ahead despite my clear communication gave the impression that my circumstances were disregarded, which reflects the broader pattern I have experienced throughout our interactions.
I was under the impression that your service was intended to simplify and streamline the mortgage application process. However, I am left feeling that the £500 I paid has not delivered the value promised, as my experience has been far from smooth.
However, on a more positive note, due to the back and fourth of basic information, causing a delay in applying for a mortgage, George was then able to obtain a better deal for me- which was greatly appreciated. It’s very much a shame having the above negative experience, as I was very pleased with the outcome.
In response to the below reply from Finamply. I work in a hospital, and communicated this early on, that I did not wish to receive calls throughout the day due to the nature of my work- this however was consistently ignored. When I was emailed on the day of a close relatives funeral, it was not time specific, and in fact was details that were already well established.

Lily and Justine were extremely helpful from start to finish. They answered every question we had in a timely manner and were always available to us throughout the process, making a typically stressful period so much easier. On several occasions they went above and beyond for us and helped immensely throughout every step of the journey. We couldn't have done it without them and can't recommend them highly enough!

Complex mortgage
Our mortgage application was complex with no real time to prepare. I contacted Finamply and they arranged a phone call the same day, I first got through to Jess who was great and went through all of the back and forth documentation and application with me for around 2 weeks, she answered any questions I had and kept in touch with me all the way, then as it turned out we had to go for a specialist lender and I ended up being passed over to finamply’s specialist department to Jakub who I can’t rate highly enough! Jakub also kept in touch with us all the way and answered any worries we had (trust me we had a lot!). Now unfortunately our experience with our solicitor was like pulling teeth at times and getting an answer felt like I’d asked for the world on a platter! However Jakub and Hana were brilliant at chasing them up and getting the answers we needed or even a simple update. Hana kept on at them and stayed in touch with me making sure I’d heard from the solicitors and periodically asking if we’d had an update if I said no or I was finding it difficult to get one at any stage she was straight on the case! All in all my experience with Finamply was fantastic I honestly can’t thank Jakub, Hana and Jess enough for all the hard work they’ve put in to help me secure my home, if it wasn’t for them I wouldn’t have got that far and I would certainly have pulled my hair out so thank you so much guys! I definitely recommend them 100%

First time buyer, great experience
It was our first homebuying experience so we were very naive and nervous but Jack and Hana at Finamply helped us a lot with all of our questions. If they didn't know the answer they would say so and go back to find out which I appreciated a lot. Glad to know we are now with them for the duration of our mortgage so we can remortgage easily.
