Exceptional service received
Exceptional service received. The team were very helpful in helping me chose the right bedding and furniture for my house. Definitely recommend them to everyone. Immaculate customer service along with exquisite products. I ordered a few bits of furniture and they were delivered promptly. Will certainly be using them again!

Fraudulent scammers. Do not buy from any of their companies
If I could leave a zero star review I would.
This company are scammers, avoid at all costs. They go by many different names, including bespoke beds, and furniture imports.
I Purchased a table and chairs and ended up having to do a chargeback on my credit card as the company ignored my emails when I was unhappy with the condition. As soon as I applied for a chargeback they replied to my emails threatening me with court action. They collected the table and chairs in February and have now disputed my chargeback with the credit company as they are saying they only received back one chair. This is fraud. They collected all items from me not just one chair as they are implying. Avoid at all costs.

Faulty bed
Faulty bed, blocked me on Facebook so i wasn't able to resolve the problem. One problem after another. They wont refund me. The bed is not fit for purpose. i have been laying on a mattress now for nearly 2 months because of this company.
I was told to force the bed into place, the diamantes are missing, the gas lift function doesn't work, the brackets are not even the correct brackets for the bed base i have been given. there are endless faults. After going back and forward for 6 weeks trying to come to a resolution from my partners Facebook account and emails I am now going to court to claim costs. AVOID this company at all costs!
