I wasn't sure when I ordered my Field and Harvest bags online, sometimes you regret those purchases but this was a wonderful surprise and well worth the cost! I am currently working thru garden sweet corn to freeze and this bag is a life saver. Ingenious design, excellent materials, and saves my back as well! It keeps my hands free to pick more corn and not have to stop or bend over with a bucket. I wish I would have had this decades ago. Really looking forward to gathering apples, Thank you Fieldandharvest!!

Received the item within two weeks but wasn’t as shown in the video. I contacted customer service and spoke to Sarah. She was extremely helpful and offered a full refund and was not required to return the item. More companies need a customer service rep like Sarah. Thank you so much Sarah.

Bought the handle for my Stihl brushcutter.
Arrived quickly fitted it in a few minutes and thought id wuickly test it. An hour later i was still going laughing as it takes all the strain off my back.
Never realised how that small bend in the back was affecting me.
These should be mandatory! Brilliant product thank you

Been over a month and still haven’t received my handle. Tracking is showing it’s still in the place it was shipped from. Buyer beware.

I purchased an item frome this company. Things didn't workout so I contacted customer serive. Sarah was the most helpful, kind ,and expedient rep I have ever run across. She was very pleasant to work with.

I ordered the Yeoman Handle on July 4th and still haven't received it. Followed the tracking and the last sign of my package was on July 16th. Package was/is in Chicago and hasn't moved. Reached out to the company several times. I only get AI responses and after researching it, there isn't a way to talk to a real person. I will be seeking a chargeback from my bank, but wanted to let others know that this company has very poor customer service.

The website is misleading and false advertising. It shows the handle being able to fold down for easy storage but it doesn't. Contacted customer service and they said the our handle is the New one and it doesn't fold down.

Ordered a Yeoman handle off a Facebook ad. The product was represented or at least portrayed as a high quality US made item. However it shipped from China and was received in 12 days in a cheap crushed paper box. The item appears to be of cheap Chinese construction. I paid $39.00 plus $10.00 for shipping. I will update this review once the item is installed and tested.

I always like to order on line from companies in the US so when I found out my Yeoman Handles were coming from China I was skeptical. However, when I contacted customer service, Sarah responded and was very professional and atoned to my concerns. They are a small company operating our of New York but as many companies do they have some of their items stored ( as most probably made) in China. She asked me to be patient and followed the tracking with me and although it did take about 2 weeks or so I received my order. Sarah was extremely helpful and I highly recommend Field and Harvest to anyone considering buying the Yeoman Handle. As someone who has had five surgeries (including 4 fusions) in the past 14 years and approaching 70 years old, I am thrilled to have this handle to relieve my back pain
from trimming. Thank you Sarah!!

Yup. I fell for it. A scam for sure and definitely out of China. After two weeks I asked for a tracker for my product. They sent me one and when I clicked the link - it said there was no tracking data. So it's been over two weeks and they can't tell me any tracking.

Huge joke on me.

As many have stated, this is a scam company. I made a purchase on 6/14/26 and as of 6/23/26. I have reached out to customer service with little to no success in providing tracking information.
I requested a full refund but customer service stated because it has been shipped I cannot receive a refund. Not that I do not have the product and they can’t provide relevant tracking information.

Ordered the Yeoman handle realizing it was probably coming from China. And true to form it took almost a month to get here. It seems to be made of acceptable materials. It came with two sizes of gussets for larger and smaller handle tubing attachment and an extra hex head screw. The first gusset I tried was #26 (formed right into the rubber) and was not thick enough. The second gusset I tried was #28 (formed right into the rubber) and works well on my handle. Apparently the numbers indicate the thickness of the rubber. Easy to attach and great to use. I'm a happy camper.

Total scam of a company.They appear to be located in New Jersey, but ship from China, takes forever to get products. But the worst part is their website advertises complete satisfaction with a 60 day guaranteee, they brag you don’t even need to return the product to get a refund. I wasn’t happy with quality and contacted them, they offered me a 50% refund or I could return ship to China for the full refund. This company is a total scam! I filed a dispute with my credit card company.

Bought a Yeoman handle for my trimmer. My trimmer shaft was too small for the mounting. Customer service was great on helping me solve the problem. Excellent service.

placed an order for a token handle for a strong my trimmer received a confirmation and my credit card d was charged 52.00 for product and shipping contacted customer service being told can’t fix nd my order said methods my stinks here just getting the runaround i believe this is a fake company and i just got screwed out of $52.00 so either ship the piece ordered if there is such an item or give me my money back

I give this company’s customer service 5 stars—when the gardening apron I ordered as a gift for my sister did not arrive within a couple of weeks, I submitted an inquiry on their website as I realized I never received a confirmation email or tracking number for my purchase but my credit card was charged. Within minutes, Sarah emailed me and was looking into my order. She did a deep review of their orders as my email was not showing up, but she was able to find my order and responded with the order number and tracking info. The item actually was delivered the day prior, and my sister loves it. This company has excellent customer service and stands behind their products!

Very dissatisfied with quality.
On all the adverts it looks like heavy duty canvas with quality fixtures and fittings. If the material is canvas, and i really doubt that, its just a thin material which is lined.
The name on the front is plastic too.
First impressions on opening the bag was the strong smell of plastic and how light the apron is.
Total rip off for what i paid.
I suspect it wont last long if you are carrying lots of heavy vegetables.
Certainly wouldnt recommend at the price they are quoting.
