Flooding my mail with unwanted offers for insurance. I've reported spam over and over and you just won't stop. If I need insurance in the future, I will not use this company due to it's refusal to stop.

Had an hour long phone call with a rep, asked every question I could think of, was assured the policy would pay out, in full, for ANY cause of death other than suicide. Went through the full application, got approved, started paying. Come to find out, I’d been set up for a policy that would only pay out about 25% of the value for all causes, the remaining 75% was exclusively in the event of accidental death (giving them the opportunity to dispute the cause in virtually any scenario, now that it’s not for “ALL” causes). This was nowhere on the application and was explicitly stated to not be the case when I spoke with the rep. (Wasn’t any cheaper than what other companies would charge for what I thought I was buying, before you think “this guy should’ve known because it cost so much less than normal”) I only found out because I was mailed more paperwork after I’d already started making payments and was trying to find the requirements for a physical. Many people probably go their whole lives without seeing this, as it doesn’t come until they’re already covered. Reached out to cancel, and the “call me or email if you ever have any questions, I’m here to help” rep didn’t even respond. Had to call the company-wide number and do it the corporate way. Not at ALL what I paid for. If you’re counting on a Fidelity Life policy to be there for your family should something happen to you, make sure you read all the fine print. Don’t trust what the salesman promises you. They’ll have their money but your family will not.

My payment was declined as another payment of a different company was processed. I then went on the Fidelity website to pay my premium; their website was suffering technical issues and would only allow me to process a onetime payment, so I made the payment to relieve my monthly payment. Everyday since I paid my premium, Fidelity has attempted to recharge me for me an additional payment. I called and spoke with Lisa P5258 and Lori X4655 and both of them refused to fix the issue and said I was subject to change my payments to quarterly or pay an additional payment, despite having already paid this months premium. All other times I’ve spoke with customer service agents, they have all been helpful. Lori and Lisa are two of the most unhelpful agents I have encountered. Why have a policy with an unhelpful agents?

I had a pleasant experience in January-2026, I contacted the same representative. I was phoned back promptly. It was a pleasant and professional application process as before.

They are always willing to help. Try to understand your needs what you want to do after life as far as taking care of your family.

I didnt want the insurance because its a little pricey but i was withdrawn still from my debt card
