I am 30 years old and I have a diagnosis of Severe PCOS (on last internal they counted at least 9 large cysts on left ovary and 3 on right ovary). And I also have mild endo. I went through one round of ivf which sadly ended in a chemical miscarriage, whilst I waited for my next round I started taking fertility smart and didn’t even finish the second bottle and was pregnant. Also, I was a bit scatty some days and would forgot to take them!

I started testing for ovulation 10 day after my period started and peaked around day 13 (done the deed) and got my bfp in September!

Honestly, after 3 years trying one round of ivf these tablets are a god send!! Couldn’t recommend them enough for pcos!!!

After 2 bottles I was pregnant! These are pretty much super vitamins that you need to get pregnant. I recommend these to all my friends and anyone who's trying to get pregnant. Im just so happy it worked because a doctor told my fiance that his sperm count was low and we didn't want to give up so after trying for a year we decided to try these pill and i swear these pills are magic because they worked within 3 months of using them and we are expecting our first child together and we couldn't thank Fertility-smart enough. we feel like they were a blessing to us.

What an amazing product!
I started using these after coming off contraception for a month and conceived our first child a month later.
Easy to swallow and no nasty after taste compared to a couple of other products I have tried in the past.
I also didn’t experience any side effects.
Highly recommend this product.

My husband and I suffered a miscarriage March this year after trying to get pregnant for nearly 4 years. I started taking these after my second cycle after the loss in hopes that it wouldn’t make me feel nauseous and sick like other prenatal vitamins. I love these so much!!

I took these for about 2-3 weeks, through tracking BBT, CM, etc, I wasn’t even sure I was ovulating (I have PCOS which makes all this stuff much more difficult). According to all 3 of my cycle trackers, I was estimated to have ovulated around Sept 9, and when I took an HPT Sept 19, to my surprise there were two lines on the strip!!!! :))

Now I don’t want to say these are what did it, but this was the only thing I’ve changed in the last 6 months, and I want to give credit where it’s due. I think these really helped my body be ready to get pregnant!!

I’m nervous but excited, and will continue taking these as my prenatal vitamin through as much of this pregnancy as possible.

I've been taking these for about 3 and half weeks now, I'm never normally 3 days late on my period only 1 time it's happend and that's because I started working out at the gym could you please tell me if there could mess up your cycle at first Thankyou

We have been trying to conceive for about 8 years and we agreed this would be our last year to try before accepting that it would not happen. I've tried lots of natural remedies like the teas and vitamins and never had any results. As am have gotten older my periods are much more normal than before but I either do not ovulate or ovulate only days before my period arrives.

I decided if it was our last year we better at least keep trying natural remedies since we are against prescriptions that have potentially dangerous side effects. I am 25 years old and I have PCOS.I had one doctor tell me I was infertile and another one who said I can get pregnant it will just be harder. Well my boyfriend and I have been trying for three years. We have had numerous negative pregnancy test and a lot of heartbreak. One of my colleagues at work told me about fertility smart. She said it helped her to get pregnant and that I should give it a go. Well I bought some from their online site and started taking to a day as directed. After my second week of taking them, I felt different. I started having sore nipples and horrible backaches. Then I had cramps that made me think my period had come down, but it never did. Hi all Moms and the ones who are hoping to be one. Me and my husband were trying to have a kid for 2 years and after 9 months of trying i visited a fertility clinic which was so annoying and stressful that i just gave up on that as based on test results there was no issue with me and my husband had slow sperm motility. For this they asked for IUI or IVF treatments and i am not ready for this. I stumbled on this website one day and was unsure of all the comments. Thought this product was too good to be true lol. I suffer from PCOS and was trying for 2 years with no sign of conceiving, because I am 24 I was not priority for gynaecology so I was unsure what to do to try and help me conceive as I was aware it was going to be hard. I started fertility smart and within 2 months I began to have regular periods which is something I didn't get so already that was a plus! I eventually conceived shortly after, unfortunately it was an ectopic pregnancy and I had to get one tube removed. As soon as I was back to myself again I started fertility smart, within 1 month I was pregnant again! And this is with pcos and now only 1 tube. I am now 24 weeks pregnant and everything is going great. Thank you so much:)

I ordered and took first bottle as instructed. After my operation in Nov 2018 my periods where getting better. First month of using these and my periods are heavy and painful like I was when I was a teenager. Have been trying to conceive for 2 years 5 months with secondary infertility. I ovulate every month but only have one fallopian tube. Maybe these tablets have got my periods back to normal but only time will tell. Have ordered another bottle and if these reviews are right, hopefully I will get my first positive pregnancy test before I am 37 at Christmas. Just half way through second bottle. I have spotted for 4 days before getting my period 2 days earlier normally have 28 day cycle and it came at day 26. I do normally spot 2 days prior but this time it was 4. Let's see what the last bottle brings. I have completed the final and last bottle and I would definitely NOT recommend this product.
Since I started these tablets I have had severe back ache, terrible actually the worst menstrual cramps I have ever suffered, extremely heavy periods and has shortened my cycle from 28 days to 25 days. These also increased the usual spotting from 2 days to between 3-5 days! I had loads of side effects including tender breasts, mood swings and really bad pains that have resulted in me having to use painkillers for menstrual cramps. I was desperate to conceive but now I realise I could have been taking something other than natural vitamins as they are not FDA registered.
I have tried many sources and this has been the worse. I believed the raving review this product had, however I am now sceptical that these reviews are real.

After 3 miscarraiges decided to give these a try. Fell pregnant in the second month of taking them. I am now 3 months pregnant and over the moon. Only ordered the women’s ones to try at first and they worked. Would highly recommend to everyone trying to conceive
