First appointment
I left an email (address + mobile number) on their site requesting the replacement of 6 fence panels. I also spoke to Jason, who informed me that someone would come round on 19-05-2021 at some time to measure up the panels; therefore, I would have to stay in all day waiting for them.
By 11 am, no one had come. So I rang them up, and Jason expressed surprise that no one had come. He then informed me that no one would be able to come, but someone would come on 22-05-2021 between 9 am and 10 am: I would be the first on the list for that Saturday.
Second appointment
No one came between 9 am and 10 am. In fact, no one came on that Saturday.
Third appointment
On Monday 24-05-2021, I rang them up and explained the situation to Jason. He explained that it wasn't his fault. I told him that if he didn't want to do the job (for whatever reason, e.g. too small a job), there was no problem and I would look for someone else. He assured me that they wanted to do the job, and said that he himself would visit me at some time today (26-05-2021), but he didn't know exactly when. No problem! I told him that the garden gate would be left open for him in case I was absent. He also said that he would phone me before he came.
Three strikes - and you're out!
I was in all day today, and he never came nor phoned me. The attitude of this company is disgusting: they are utterly unreliable and indifferent - to say the least. I shall not be using these people in future.
