I purchased 2 Ferplast Geo Maxi tanks. One was completely broken and the other was firmly wedged inside the broken one. Feedem refused a refund because I reported the issue after 24 hours. They have admitted that something heavy could have been rested on the box during transit, but still refuse a refund. They also refuse to advise how I can separate the tanks. I now have 2 useless tanks.

Been a regular customer of Feedem since 2015.

Latest order October 2019. What I ordered was substituted for an alternative without prior notification. When it arrived the packaging was damaged. The whole order just looked shabby and badly completed.

Feedem just basically said 'it happens' and offered to refund or replace on return. What really irritated me was the assertion that the 'substitute' product was identical to that ordered just different packaging - absolute rubbish and an insult to my intelligence.

I haven't got the time to mess about waiting for more collections and subsequent deliveries. They should have got it right the first time.

I won't be shopping with Feedem again.

Been using this company for years with no complaints however my recent encounter highlights how poor they regard customer loyalty. One of the items I ordered was delivered all broken up but as I did not report it within 24 hours they were not interested. I have my items delivered to work and as I only work part time as soon as I got to work I checked my delivery to find the item with significant damage. The customer service department was not interested as it was outside the 24 hour window. The damaged was due to the way their staff had packed the items and so resulted in the item being damaged during transit. Loyalty does not count for anything with this company as I’ve been using them for over 8 years but I won’t be using them any more.

I have found Feedem to be the ideal supplier for my requirements, that is until recent months. After a couple of delayed deliveries and the culmination in goods being both damaged and lost in transit, I decided to call it a day. Although I was promised a refund on the non delivered goods, it has not been made and consequently I will no longer be using this Company.

Supplied 15kg dry dog food which contained mouldy globules. Complained to Feedem who promised a replacement (twice) which never came, and a refund (twice) which was never received. At this point Feedem customer services stopped responding to emails. Have found a cheaper supplier elsewhere.
Feedem were my regular supplier (8/9bags a year) - not any more!

Very professional service, ordered at the weekend and received order on Thursday by FedEx. Easily best price for hamster food.

Ordered placed to hit high free postage minimum and then get email 2 days later saying one of items not in stock! why is it on the website to buy then. Had to pick something else for the £5 to get to free delivery or pay delivery charge! Then 6 days later still not got parcel so much for the 3-5 days this meant then not in for the delivery from FedEx and missed and had to rearrange for them to ignore requested day and tried again the next working day meaning missed again. Nearest pick up point is over 2 hour drive away. Delivery has no status as to when will be delivered as to how far away or a time slot just by 6pm so only why is to sit in all day.
My first order with them and will not be using again.

Fast delivery... could only order 2 bags with free delivery... 1 too little cost and 3 too much weight..... strange when bags arrived packaged seperatly?
