Not only did they manage to find a part for my toilet system that i had several plumbers to try to get this part and all failed. Fabio and his team went above and beyond for me and was very professional.

I've used FD Plumbing & Heating multiple times over the course of a few years and every time have been impressed by their professionalism, from first phone call to completion of the job. They've fixed my kitchen tap, installed a new boiler, fixed a broken drain, installed a Nest smart thermostat and probably a couple of other things that slip my mind. Everyone at the company is very friendly and honest, their prices are fair and their work is top quality. They're the first number I reach for any time I have any plumbing concerns. I genuinely cannot recommend them enough.

It's a veritable minefield finding a plumber in this day and age what with everyone being a cowboy/out to scam us. If you find a good one, take note and only live in areas they service is the advice. I had my Hot Water cylinder serviced by FD Plumbing & Heating today and the service was first class. The engineer was helpful, informative and knew his stuff. FD have won my contract. Thoroughly recommend.

It is a great relief to find an honest and helpful plumbers in the local area. Service was excellent - staff were very friendly and personable, efficient and explained everything fully in terms of the work and costs. They also managed to sort out another issue with the central heating on the same visit when they had originally come only to fix the toilet. I was fitted in very promptly on the same day despite there being lots of other jobs on the go and our custom felt valued. Would recommend to others with no reservations.

A really excellent service beginning with a thorough quote for a boiler and several radiators to be replaced. Turned up to start the job when promised. The guys then worked like machines for the 2.5 days they had anticipated the job would take. Cleaned up at the end of the job, commissioned the boiler and balanced the rads. All with friendly, professional and efficient support from Chloe back at the office. Very pleased to recommend FD Plumbing and Heating.

This is a very, very good plumbing operation. Call taken by smart and helpful person in their office, and then a bright, helpful and friendly engineer showed up to service our boiler and balance the radiators. Even happy to tighten a loose tap for me while he was here. Bill exactly as pre-advised when we called them, to the penny. Their number's in my phone and staying there.

Have used this company twice - once for pipework to be re-routed for a badly plumbed in sink. Today they repaired a broken toilet and drained the central heating system, checked and replaced thermostats.
I was particularly pleased because I had asked for the system to be flushed through (an expensive procedure) and the plumber advised me that with my system that would not be effective, long term.
The plumber arrived on time, explained the pricing, and kept me informed all through the job, He was professional and efficient.
This is not the cheapest but it is worth it for an excellent job and peace of mind. I would definitely use this company again.

From my initial contact with Chloe to completion of the boiler installation everything was incredibly professional and nothing was too much trouble. Chloe is a star keeping you fully updated throughout the process and the work was done quickly, tidily and perfectly. I can't recommend them enough.

I used FD Plumbing to complete a full renewal of my heating system, which was a quite complicated job due to the layout. Fabio spent over an hour and a half on a no-obligation assessment of what was required before giving me a clear and realistic quote. The office manager Chloe is friendly and efficient with all the arrangements. Fletcher, Matt and Fabio turned up on time every day, worked quickly and efficiently, finishing a day early, and worked extremely hard throughout. I was very impressed with everything, no unexpected problems or issues and a really friendly good team. I would definitely use them for any plumbing jobs in the future, and recommend them to others.
