I ordered a very expensive, ceramic-topped dining table, which was delivered unwrapped and without care instructions for the top. I phoned and asked for someone to send care instructions, heard nothing, so emailed. I had to email 5 or 6 times & eventually got an email with a snipped piece of a brochure showing care instructions and a rude comment. Really disappointing service for such an expensive purchase.

We are very pleased with the order we received recently. The dining table, chairs and bar stools fit perfectly in our apartment. Many thanks to FCI London team especially Stella who helped us tirelessly to choose the right size, colour and fabric, her advice is highly appreciated!

We have had a fabulous experience from start to finish with FCI London. We arrived one hot summer's day 2021 for a brief look around and left hours later having ordered many beautiful items. Izhar was excellent - we had been procrastinating and seemingly incapable of making decisions. His fantastic eye for style, his attentiveness to our needs and his superb listening skills - plus knowing when to support us but equally when to leave us alone to browse - helped us to agree what we wanted and needed. When all the furniture was delivered and in situ, we couldn't have been happier. Our house is now the home we envisaged and we love it - our sincere thanks to FCI, particularly Izhar, plus the support and delivery teams (we'll be back!)

Unbelievable and shocking service from FCI.

Almost everything we ordered came wrong.

Some of the stuff even had to be uninstalled as they were not installed neatly and the dimensions were wrong.

One of the products had to be ordered 3 times until they got it right.

It delayed everything else that had to be done.

We were just left in limbo for months without any communication from them.

They lose complete interest once you have gave them your money.

Myself and my wife were very upset and disappointed with everything and we asked for the director to give us a call back. Till this day no call has been made to us.
He avoids customers and is not interested unless you are spending money.

Very unprofessional company, it’s that bad that I’ve actually written a review for the first time ever. I never normally do this, but FCI is a company that you should all avoid all cost.

Terrible service.

I had the best possible customer service from sales team to installation team. Logistic team is always on call away. Couldn't be any more happier. Sanjay from the sales team was great from start to finish he followed up everything until I was fully satisfied with the items and the installation.
Installation team was so professional no hassle at all knowing exactly what they doing and until I was happy with the poisoning of the furnitures they worked along with me very patiently.
will recommend to everyone and I will always use them again for all my furniture needs.

Would give 0 stars if possible. Terrible company to deal with and rip off merchants. Director (Zuzar) not responding now and has failed to reply my last email dated 26th October 2020 (attached on google review) and two legal letters so having to raise court action now. Very unethical and unprofessional. Told me the damaged £7500 table was not expensive and that he had sold tables at £60,000! Would never ever use again, stay clear!

Great selection of furniture and excellent service. Stella helped me with advice on what colours and materials to pick and what pieces of furniture work together. Delivery was well managed and communicated.

I ordered a coffee table from FCI and paid over £1,900. The pictures on FCI's website showed a distinctive pattern for the tabletop; the specific design was called "alabastro" and it had a number of beautiful colours and patterns, which is the main reason I chose it.
The table that I received simply has what appears to be a plain white tabletop - it does not even slightly resemble the picture on the website. Instead of the distinctive coffee table, I now have what appears to be a plain white table in my living room. To clarify, there is a VERY subtle shading of the white, but it requires all the lights to be on to be able to detect this - and again, it is entirely different from the picture on their website.
When I reached out to FCI to make a complaint and request a replacement, I received a series of very delayed and unhelpful responses. I was told that "the final result cannot be predicted" and that the table top that I received was "in company tolerance".
It is unclear how generous these "tolerances" are and how they are determined for someone to take a view that a white table is equivalent to the alabastro style advertised on their website.
Ultimately, FCI's position is that this is not their problem, and they have closed this issue. So it is my duty as a consumer to warn other customers that:
- please don't believe the pictures you see on the website - they are a dishonest representation of the product that you will receive
- FCI simply cannot (or do not want to) manage their suppliers (in this case, Cattelan Italia), do not carry out any quality checks and are unable to challenge them when their products are not as advertised
- customer service is both unhelpful and will only reply if/when they feel like it, and after being chased repeatedly

It is a real let-down that I had such a poor customer experience, as the selection on the website is great. However, the most basic role of a distributor like FCI is to ensure that the products being purchased are in line with what is advertised on their website. With their misleading and dishonest marketing, and entirely unhelpful customer service, they completely failed in this regard. I will not be purchasing any products from them in the future and would encourage all other consumers to find alternative sellers to avoid my bad experience.

I sent a very detailed email to the sales person, asking to quote a couple of fitted wardrobes. I received a rough quotation on the phone and, based on that, we decided to visit the showroom to have a look at the wardrobes and discuss further details about the offer.
After almost 2 hours driving, we arrive at the showroom. Turns out that the actual price of the wardrobes is almost the double of what they quoted on the phone!
They made us travel there for nothing and did not even apologise. They promised to send us additional quotes from other brands and did nothing. The overall service was disappointing too, with the designer disappearing every 5 minutes to attend other clients although we had an appointment.
I bought furniture from competitors selling the same brands in London and my experience was nothing like the one at FCI.

Bought a Sofa bed. Pleasant experience in the showroom especially with Stella in the sales team, who also kept me updated about the delivery.
Received the item in the time frame promised. The delivery guys were also great.
