Buyer BEWARE
I commissioned this company (husband and wife team) for a full refurbishment on our home totaling circa £450,000 to include design and bespoke joinery. They told us the job would take 5 months, yet it took longer than 2 years. Their incompetence and inability to meet any deadlines was unbelievable. To add insult to injury, they also managed to fall out with all of the tradespeople, most of the whom flat out refused to work with them. The final straw was when we discovered their fraudulent actions - they had been stealing from us. They had invoiced us for goods which they hadn’t bought, and when pressed for proof of purchase, they sent us false, photoshopped invoices.
We were forced to instruct solicitors and they begged us not to sue. Since then both directors have resigned (the husband and wife) have filed for bankruptcy on 11th July 2025. They have installed their 22 year old daughter as a new director yet continue to run the business as shadow directors.
Beware of these people – all of the above are facts and can be checked prior to engaging with them. 2 years of hell – please avoid.
