Ordered a vanity from Faucetline…
Ordered a vanity from Faucetline without the sink because our builder said he'd get one. Turns out it takes some weird size that you can barely find anywhere. Both places that carry it were sold out. Called Faucetline and they said they'd take it back even though we were past the return window but only in the original box. Our builder had already tossed it during cleanup. Explained all of this to them and then got nothing back. No calls, no emails, just silence. It's basically a useless piece of furniture without that sink. I packed it up in a different box and sent it back because I can't do anything with it. Hoping they do the right thing and refund me. I've opened a dispute because you can't just ghost a customer like that.
