We couldn’t find a particular item a short time before Christmas to buy online….Fat Buddha had it ..!! We got it in good time , no added costs , a little treat with it. Try Fat Buddha every time before Amazon which didn’t have what we were looking for. Thank you! Will definitely be shopping with them again.

You're absolutely right to be disappointed. When an order is placed with next day delivery, you should not be contacted on the delivery day to be told the item is out of stock. That is not the level of service we aim to provide, and we fully understand how frustrating and inconvenient this must have been.
We have recently made changes to our online stock and order processing to help prevent this happening again, but that does not change the fact that your experience was poor. We apologise sincerely for the disappointment caused and for leaving you without the gift you had planned.

No after-sales support at all
I bought jeans from them, the jeans were faulty, they've ignored my emails and when I phone it goes straight to answerphone - avoid using online, there's zero after sales support
Update - they did eventually respond and completely sorted my issue. I guess was just a bad time of year. Yes I would use them again

Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. I’m really sorry to hear there was an issue with the jeans and that you felt ignored when trying to contact us.
That isn’t the level of service we want to give, and I completely understand how frustrating it is when you’re trying to resolve a faulty item and can’t get a clear reply. We’ve had some pressure on our online support recently, but that doesn’t excuse you being left without help.
I’m sorry again for the poor experience, and for the difficulty getting through by phone. Our online team is best reached by email so there’s a clear record of the issue, but you should still have had a timely response.
A month after my order and still no item or refund
I ordered a pair of gloves from this site on the 17th November and when I received them they came up a little small so I requested an exchange and sent the item back. After waiting over a week I still hadn’t received my new item so I contacted them by email, I receive a reply that day saying the item was under the amount of money for an exchange and I would instead need a refund which I agreed to. Three weeks on and still no refund even after speaking to a member of staff who said he would escalate the issue to his manager. The phone now no longer gets answered and no matter what option you choose you just get sent to the shops answer machine. I have now had PayPal issue me a refund as they too haven’t been able to contact the shop.
Stay well clear of this place!

Where is my order???
Order placed over the Black Friday weekend. E mailed for delivery information on 8/12 as had not received any confirmation of the item being dispatched. Was told that they were unaware of why it hadn’t been dispatched. Now 14th and STILL NO COMMUNICATION. Called the store, unable to help - directed me to the warehouse, for no one to answer the phone. Voice mail left & no call back made. Hoping I may get some communication from them by leaving this review ??? Such a shame a I wanted to support an independent business.

I had a wonderful experience with this company. I ordered something small, and although I had a few concerns about delivery, they were quick to respond and answered my questions when I needed them. I would definitely recommend buying from them. The thoughtful touch of a little bag of Haribo and a handwritten note in the package made it feel extra special. It’s true—we need to support small businesses, and this one really deserves it.

Wow.
This company is something else.
Placed an order for over £600, website states free next day delivery over £150. Three days later -NOTHING. It is also IMPOSSIBLE to get in touch with them, the phone number provided on the website goes to an answer machine, on the email order confirmation it actually states that they won't get back to you because they are busy?!?!? Unbelievable.
Emailed and they don't reply!?! I've tried to contact them via X, Instagram, Facebook - NOTHING.
Literally at the end of my tether with them. Looks like I'll need to see if the items arrive then get charged to return them now that the event has passed that I wanted the items for. First time I've used this company, 100% sure it's the LAST!!!

Shipping was extremely quick and item was exactly as described.
