Read the good reviews and decided to have them come out and fit a towbar. I didn't realise my car already had one but was missing the swan neck and all needed checking over. Lee came out and was brilliant, knowledgeable, friendly, honest, such a nice lad. Thank you Lee and fatstfitz towbars 👍🏻

Fitting the tow bar was done at home, which is great. No travelling to workshops and waiting around. The work was extremely professional and Mark the fitter was easy to chat with. Yarns were spun and the icing on the cake!!! It was £150 cheaper than a National company for the same job.
Nothing else to say but an excellent, well done.

The gentleman arrived on time to do the fitting, got on with it and was methodical and careful - very pleased with the result and it was considerably less expensive than others.

This company pulled out all the stops to supply and fit a swan neck towbar to my Honda CRV. Their communication was excellent as was the price, including vehicle specific wiring loom. Their fitter did an exceptional job and I am extremely impressed.

Great knowledge and expertise shown by Matt when discussing options. Installation was carried out at home on the agreed date and time and fitted to a high standard. Happy to recomend this company to anyonec

I have had a great experience with this company!

My fitter Tony was friendly and knowledgeable! The fitting was fast and neat!

Afterwards I thought I had an issue with my internal lights staying on. I messaged Matt who was very helpful and informed me that he would send Tony back out to have a look!

Tony come and checked my jeep and it turned out I had just knocked a switch on for my internal lights. Even though this was my mistake I was not charged any extra fee!

Would recommend to anyone!

From first making an inquiry, an email was sent with quotes for towbar within minutes.
I spoke to Matt on the phone and he fit me in as needed it fitting for a holiday. Communication good, he text to keep me up to date on estimated time of arrival.
Arrived and fitted tow bar.No problems. Excellent service will definitely recommend.

Really happy with the service. Matt was great with communication while we were working out which tow bar would fit our Peugeot 5008, and kept us updated with our options. Tony came to fit it and was prompt, friendly and knowledgeable. He did a great and tidy job, and I’m really happy we chose Fastfitz.

Fantastic service - quick and positive response from Matt to my initial email query; competitive pricing; kept in touch and arrived at my home when he said he would. Professional job, and like the other reviewers he left it all tidy. Full explanation of how to detach the tow ball and let me practice a few times until I felt competent. Also offered advice on wiring new lights on the trailer. Is available to contact him if I have any further queries.
Two days later I was towing my new boat on its trailer with no problems whatsoever.
