I have rented a car during the weekend, the price was great and fair, also they have delivered the car to Dubai airport on the time, i didnt wait, before I arrived; the car was there, the process was very quick and smooth. I would suggest to anyone travelling to Dubai to rent from this place. The customer service ( Sara) was collaborative and kind, also the delivery (Anfal) he was kind, friendly and great guy. Thanks!

Excellent services and good quality cars. Great customer care services and the car is delivered/collect from your location. My only regret is not selecting a muscle car because the prices are affordable.

My experience has been great with Faster cars, they have more available cars than what they advertise, they quickly found me an M4 comp I wanted for the day & delivery and collection was on time.

I will be using them again in the future 100%.

The only downside is there is a security deposit and it takes a long time time receive it back, but this is not worth knocking the rating to 4 stars as it’s out of their control once they release the funds.

Looking forward to my next car from them, great team very polite on WhatsApp 🙏🏼

Immediate car availability at reasonable price and at short notice. The car was just what we wanted and the process was very simple and efficient including car delivery ( drop off) and pick up.

Customer service is amazing and with easy access to them via Whatsapp they respond very quickly. They offer quality cars and these vehicles are reliable. I have made very long drives using their vehicles and didn't face any issue. I rented the Q80 and the Gladiator. Both are lovely cars. Pricewise they are competitive as well.

This was my first time I rented a care from this company. They service was very prompt as promised n also the car was very clean n AC was great for the small car especially due summer in Dubai. So thank you. But what surprised was of other charges like delivery n a non refundable deposit of one day..it’s not the per day charge that’s listed …so thats why 4star. Otherwise the response n service was very prompt…

I had a very disappointing experience with this

I asked about a Lamborghini Aventador and waited more than 20 minutes just to know if the car was available. During that time, I kept receiving the same answer: "I'm checking with the office."
I requested the rental price for 12 days and a video of the car several times, but neither was provided.
The representative introduced something called "Cardoo" but failed to clearly explain what it actually is. Even after I asked multiple times, I never received a proper explanation of whether it is a third-party company, an insurance provider, or a financial service.
Instead of answering my questions directly, the conversation kept going in circles.
In the end, I was informed that the requested car was not available after making me wait for a long time. This gives the impression that the company does not have real-time control over vehicle availability and may rely on sourcing cars from other providers.
The communication was not professional, and many of my questions were ignored instead of being answered.

The representative's attitude was unnecessarily rude and unprofessional, and the overall customer service fell far below what I would expect from a luxury car rental company., I expected accurate information, transparency, and faster service. Unfortunately, this experience did not inspire confidence.

Dealt with many companies in Dubai and always tend to get issues when deposit is returned. Read reviews for faster thought they would be decent even when booking I asked them about deposit refund process they assured everything would be ok. Appreciate the fines and toll charges etc but they didn’t inspect the car with me on delivery or collection (left car and keys in car park as their request) once landed back in U.K. they are charging for apparently damages which I did (tiny microscopic curb which most likely was already there) 300 AED also they sent me proof of fines of around 600 and charging me total including the 300 around 1500 AED absolute joke reps who don’t understand English on WhatsApp!
