My experience was great because I found the same product that I desired at a price 20% cheaper than the competitors. I received a welcome bonus coupon. The shipping was free. When I dialed the company phone number to ask questions about the mediocre reviews on Trustpilot, a very gracious person answered the phone and politely asked me to hold for one minute until a manager picked up. The manager was very courteous and responsive. She assured me that I could count on my product shipping quickly. Not only is this company legitimate, they have unbeatable prices on many high-quality items. The shipping was free. I received a coupon discount. Customer service is very responsive.

They cancelled an order and said it was at my request which is a complete lie. It also says your order has not been refunded so now I will have to do a chargeback.

Very poor response time and false information. I tried to cancel an order for a backordered item and they said it was already shipped, but the label was printed but no shipment was ever scanned. When I followed up 6 days later since they hadn't actually shipped it, they said that it was shipped the day before (note they said the same thing a week before), but it still has not been scanned as shipped. They state that USPS never scanned the packages, but I'm led to believe that they are not telling the truth and refusing to refund since they said they shipped it "the day before" twice, almost a week apart.

The response to messages is slow, I haven't received the product, and there's no refund. A very bad experience.
