Bought direct off site, delivery was fast enough for dress, dress was nice but to big for me, Return portal didn’t work so emailed them 2/3 times before I got a reply, communication was good enough after that they received returned dress on the 28th april, i received email to say would receive refund within 14 days which would have been yesterday due to bank holiday weekend, still no refund received, emailed them yesterday they said it would be processed the same day, emailed them today to see if it was refunded they said it was done yesterday but could take few days to go to bank, received another email today to say it being processed but could take up to 10 days to get it in bank, if it supposed to be done within 14 days then that how it should be done, would put me off buying again to much hassle.

I don’t know how that review was left for this shop as was supposed to be for curve wow

Very slow refunds if you ever get one.
I returned an item which through tracking I can see was delivered back to them on the 15th of April.
I received no confirmation the return had been accepted or that a refund would be issued. After over 3 weeks of waiting I sent an email to check on its progress and was told it would be chased up. I had to then send another email a week later as I still didn’t have an update or a refund. I eventually had a response saying it would be issued but again I’m still waiting 6 weeks later for this. I definitely wouldn’t recommend them but make sure you check when returning items that you get your money back!

In response, I received an email from the fashion szn Team yesterday with image showing the refund was not processed until the 14th of May, so the fact it was issued as soon as received is not true, an apology without accuses blaming it on others would be appreciated.

Absolutely fantastic range and true to size fitting. 4 dresses purchased and everyone always asks where they are from. Keep up the range.

Lovely dresses can’t fault the designs, fabric ect, the only reason I dropped a star is I’m STILL waiting on my refund. I have emailed & they have updated me saying it was done yesterday (day 13) but still feels a lengthy time to wait for a refund even if it’s in their timeframe (if I receive it in my bank today) but maybe I’m just use to the bigger companies refunding your money within a couple of days.

Always quick to respond, only just started ordering from them and know sizing and styles.Very helpful,when I need computer help.

Bad quality. Ordered size 16. Fits my size 10 daughter. Waste of money

I have 3 dresses and 2 beach kaftans from Fashion Szn and am really happy with them all. They are good quality and delivered quickly.
I wish there was a telephone number to contact their customer service team but they do respond to emails. Very happy with all my purchases and I will be buying in the future.

If you are a US customer, returns are not an option!
Why sell to the US? The cost of my return was going to be $300 to send back to the UK I just donated $200 worth of clothes that did not fit. They should make this clear to the US customers before they make a purchase.
Even if it’s stated on the site, who from the US is going to pay $300 to return an item to the UK? We can shop here in the United States with free returns and honestly the clothes I ordered were not the best quality. It’s my honest opinion.

Amazing communication with their customer services team. Cancelled my order when I decided on two other dresses to by for weddings I’m going to this year. Great quality and great fit for the curvier woman.

Very poor customer service, it’s nearly 14 days later and I’m still waiting on refund, emails back and forth are pointless, admitted they had the return on 10th, you’d think they would immediately process refund but no, I would be very reluctant to shop here…review is not mis-leading and is a true account I said you’d notified of receiving return shouldn’t take that long to refund, if I owed you money it would be different

Absolute scam! Ordered their dresses from Boohoo, as they are apparently partners, I’m trying to get a returns label for over two weeks now and I can’t get any reply from either of the companies.

Ive ordered a few items from this company now and whilst they are lovely, they are in my opinion, overpriced. The fabrics aren't always as luxury as they make out (think scratchy and cheap feeling) and the sizing has been off a few occasions (buying bigger than my actual size to ensure a proper fit). I believe, according to the made in Morocco label, that they are also manufactured outside of the uk so not great if you are trying to reduce your carbon footprint. However, they are still a relatively new brand so hopefully in time, this will improve. The designs however are lovely, and quiche niche for a plus size brand. They would be worth the money if they had better fabrics and were made in the UK.

So was preparing to write a bad review due to waiting 3 weeks and counting for a refund. After much communication via email, I ended up on live chat via Instagram this morning with someone from fashion szn customer service, who was extremely helpful, and provided proof that they had refunded on time, but it was down to fact I purchased through second party (boohoo), the refund has gone to them, to refund to me, and they hadn't. I've since contacted them and it is in fact them holding up the process. If I order again I will go directly through fashion szn as they're receiving negative reviews that aren't their fault. The whole things been a timely and frustrating process.

Great service and quick response when sorting out a return due to ordering the wrong size.

My first purchase from Fashion SzN. Gorgeous dress, lovely quality fabric that is not going to crease in a suitcase so perfect for travel. Fits perfectly and was a great price for a quality item

Order 4 dresses they ok but unfortunately one was not what I ordered it wasn’t even the same colour or price it clearly states which dress I ordered and I never received it seems to happen a lot here at this shop and for that reason I will not be ordering anything else even though I was going to shame really

I wouldn’t even rate it a 1 star but won’t allow to rate it anything less.
Really disappointed with the service. I ordered an angel sleeve floral maxi dress for a wedding which I’m attending on Saturday. Instead I received a black crochet front tie top which is a completely different item and I don’t see how this is something that could be mistaken.
I have checked the reviews and can see the same issue happened with the same dress for someone else which they were advised they will be charged to return when it wasn’t their fault this happened, this is certainly not something I will be paying to return as I have ordered and paid for an item which have not received correctly. I would be happy to return the item at no extra cost and I require next day delivery on the correct item I ordered. Even though the item was ordered from a different platform (Debenhams) I’m sure the item is still dispatched by you so I would like this sorted as soon as possible.
