I ordered the dress from Debenhams in the sale. Excellent communication regarding my order and progress updates from the seller. Sadly, when the dress arrived despite being curve it was far too small although I have regular fit dresses in the same size. The quality of the dress was not as good as expected and I would have been very disappointed if I had paid full price. The dress is currently being returned, so far the process has been straightforward. Hoping this continues to receipt of my refund.

A different dress to what I expected turned up ( I can’t fault how quickly it arrived ) however the dress that was delivered was not what I ordered or expected. I don’t like the quality of it so I arranged a return, easy done sent if off just a couple of days later I had an email advising they had received it and a return would be within 14 days ( this was December 15th - now the 9th of January and still nothing. I have emailed and had no response. I have now raised the issue with my bank who are going to raise a dispute. What a carry on.
I won’t be buying from here again. Very disappointing.

This dress is so much nicer than I was expecting. As a larger lass I'm often very self critical when it comes to anything that resembles a figure hugging garment but I'm tickled pink with this. Whilst it does hug, it skims beautifully and the ruching is placed where it's most flattering and I won't even need to wear shape wear underneath. The colours are stunning too - classic navy with soft, subtle, brown flowers as the mesh overlay. At just 5' it's very long and I will have to take up the hem and sleeves but that's a given anyway. I may possibly not have ordered this at its full price but the sale reduction has brought it into my price bracket. I'll definitely keep an eye out for future purchases.

Very disappointed with my experience this time, I have ordered from here before and it’s one of my favourite dresses, it’s a shame I had such a bad experience this time, I won’t be ordering again :( I had to email and chase up my order as I had ordered a week previous and my order had still not even been dispatched and then magically it appeared a couple days later tracked 24 with Royal Mail! I then decided not to keep the lovely dresses as I no longer had a use for them as they arrived too late, so returned them, the dresses were received back 3 days later and it then took over 20 days and 2 more emails chasing up my refund for me to actually receive the money back in my bank account

If I could give no stars then I would. I returned my order on the 9th of October. I received an email from Fashion SZN saying that they had received my return on the 13th October and I could expect to get my refund within 14 days. On 23rd October I received another email stating that my order had been refunded and that it could take up to 5 days for me to receive it. It is now the 17th of December and I still do not have my refund. I paid through PayPal and am getting nowhere, despite sending my proof of return and copies of my emails from Fashion. I no longer have the order and I have not received my refund of £119.60. I have now been forced to take legal advice.

Ordered 2 dresses. I quite liked both, but one considerably smaller than the other.

Bought 2 dresses sent one back the one I kept was so me I will jazz it up for a Xmas wedding I’m going to. Iwould buy again very trustworthy in this day and age I don’t usually buy clothes on line as I got my fingers burnt as was left with clothes I could not send back I was ignored !!! So they went to charity well fonr keep up the good work 😀

I am in the process of returning the dress ordered by my wife even though she likes it but just too big however I’ve been sent the return label but on taking it to my chosen return shop the barcode wouldn’t scan meaning it cannot be returned this way. I’ve tried emailing to let you know but each time it hasn’t been sent for different apparent reason. So unless I can get this sorted I won’t be ordering anymore from this website.
Update on return customer service were brilliant and sent me a different code which worked so I’ve finally returned the parcel. Thanks again.

I cannot get enough of these dresses. I’ve just had 2 more delivered and as always, the fit is unbelievable. The quality is amazing and I have ordered some of the styles in multiple colours. They are great for any occasion and worth every penny. I already can’t wait to place my next order

Iv ordered a few dresses from this company and all have been fantastic fit and designs are great .
Also had excellent customer service when I wanted questions answered and also gave me a discount when I forgot to apply the 20% off code

Getting an email back is nearly impossible. I ordered a dress for a wedding but didn't like the style on so returned. I then ordered a replacement dress in a different style and the wrong dress was shipped so another return. I then ordered a 3rd dress which unfortunately arrived after the wedding so I had to return. I returned all 3 dresses and waited the advised 10 days for a refund. I had to chase up my refunds after this time period. I've been told that two of my refunds will be processed (which they now have) but that one of my returns hasn't been recieved by them yet. I have emailed to chase this up over a week ago and I've heard nothing back yet I returned this item via locker service on the 30th October. I honestly wouldn't order from here again, it isn't worth the hassle to return especially when incorrect items are sent out.

Update - I now cant get in touch with them further as their emails are bouncing back as their inbox is full/getting too much mail.

First time buying from Fashion/SZN and i must say I'm very impressed with the dress I bought. Fabric quality and size is great. Communication by email was good too about delivery. So impressed i would definitely buy from them in the future.

I have sent numerous emails asking g how to get a refund and was promised a QR code and still never received it

The dresses are beautiful, I felt 1 million dollars! I have 2 now and I find them true to size. Customer service through their instagram messages has been great. Would highly recommend.

Dress wasn't right size, 2 sizes smaller than a 20 , requested a refund and only got a partially refund after 12 days , was meant to be only 2.99 taken off to process refund mines was nearly 10.00 , shocking never buy again

I had a problem with next day delivery and the customer service I received was 10/10. The customer service team were prompt with replies and managed to sort my issue out fast & efficiently. I couldn’t fault my experience.

Well I received the wrong item even though the description on the invoice was of a brown dress which I had ordered I actually received a swimsuit.I then went to the returns portal where I entered the order number which was on the invoice and it would not recognise the order number printed on the invoice. Therefore I have now emailed the company stating my issues. My next review will therefore depend on how they deal with this problem…. Maybe they will respond quickly and assist me with my return and furnish me with my refund…. Then I will give them a 5 star review 😀

Just to say the company replied to me very quickly and offered to send the dress to me.They also offered to arrange return and apologised for any inconvenience therefore I can give this company a very good rating as they dealt with my issue quickly and efficiently..
