Stock levels online always wrong. HOPELESS SERVICE
There sale items shown in stock, NEVER ARE. You only find this out days or weeks later after paying . No customer service at all .I paid international shipping for 2 items supposedly in stock .One got cancelled over a week later but the shipping cost doesn't change .You lost another customer Farah. Despite Farah claiming to have refunded for an item not sent and postage NOTHING WAS REFUNDED.

Quality product and they kept me informed of the order process. And the item was exactly as advertised and also it was delivered to a collection point, which was more convenient for me.

Terrible customer service would not recommend ordering with them if you wanted to receive your package or a refund for the money you wasted on their products that they never sent

Still awaiting refund
Ordered 3 items. One was cancelled with no explanation. Sent two back nearly two weeks ago and still haven't had any confirmation of a refund being processed. So slow. Avoid.
Edited: After I left this review I received a refund notification for one item. I sent two back in the package so still not correct

Total waste of time and energy
Ordered an item. Couple of days later they email saying my order is cancelled. No explanation. No apologies. Just ‘we cancelled your order’. Won’t waste my time with Farah ever again!

The problem isn’t the clothes. The one shirt that did get delivered is great.
The problem is getting the clothes.
I spend time going through the website deciding what to buy, go through the transaction process, then without fail a few days later an email comes in stating item cancelled.
This has happens now for the last 3 orders. 2 of which I’m sure they probably had but decided not to process any more sale items. As I checked on line for the times and all sale items had been removed.
I always call. Which takes ages too. They don’t know but say it’s likely out of stock at the warehouse. I also requested if it could be looked into and was told yes but nobody got back to me.
I haven’t got time to bother with a company that isn’t bothered about its customers or customer service.
Unsubscribing as of today. A real shame as it is (was) an iconic brand to me.
Note: you can’t even review on Google without buying into its partner app Yotpo hence all the immediate reviews found are the ok ones.
Don't buy online
Poor customer service, ordered a shirt, great, then the next day just receive an email saying 'cancelled order', no reason or explanation. Go onto their website and item is still showing as in stock. Spend several minutes waiting to get through to contact centre, they say it's out of stock but that it takes 'some time for the website to catch up' - yes well like 24 hours in this day and age is bizarre. Could have saved my time by firstly having an up to date live website and secondly by putting an explanation in the email cancelling the order. Customer service basics! Wouldn't bother again.

"Susan" who seems to be the only one working in their customer service department is either so over worked that she simply doesn't have the time to reply to Your emails or frankly doesn't give a flying toss about addressing any Concerns. I returned 2 faulty items, provided them with proof of delivery (I used their own royal mail return label) and despite that, 6 weeks on I still have no refund. They do not respond to emails, and if they do the respond, they are literally weeks apart. Having gone back and forth for weeks, I finally got told a refund was going to be issued but they wanted to confirm what items I'd sent back and asked me to confirm this!! All this, despite Sending the Items back with a Farah returns form, and weeks of emailing to confirm all of this information.
Avoid Farah direct at all costs. They are total inept at, well, everything.

dreadful, dreadul customer experience. do not buy from their website. I bought five diffferent pairs of trousers that were available on their website, the next day they cancelled my order without explanation. i rang their (frankly completely indiffernt) customer service line, waited 10 minutes for them to answer the phone and then was told that they had ALL sold out while my payment was being processed... what absolute bull. never again

I bought a tee shirt for my husband and he only wore it once and when I washed it as per instructions on the label it has shrunk, I contacted them about this and they did reply back, then asked me for photos which I did send and since then nothing, I have sent another email and told them it was really bad customer service and still nothing, then I looked on here and low and behold the ratings are terrible,I just wish I had looked at this before I ordered, I would score them nothing for the aftercare if I could. I can’t believe they would ignore my emails just because I have an issue, very unprofessional of this company no wonder they can’t improve there ratings they should be trying to redeem the company instead they are making it worse.

I actually rate farah zero! I ordered from them in December, DPD delivered to the wrong address. I contacted farah twice , no response. I claimed a refund from my bank and now farah are disputing it after 2 months! They are claiming i have never contacted them. They have sent reviews, from other customers of the products i ordered, to my bank as some sort of proof that i have received the orders. Extremely poor customer service and very dishonest company, avoid ! Scammers!

I'd leave zero stars if I could. Worst customer experience and support our there.
Trying to charge me a shipping fee on a refund issued, when the item was never sent to me. Then claiming that because I received another item from the order, the shipping deduction on my refund still applies. That's simply unacceptable.
If you want to contact the customer service team, you'll be waiting weeks for a response and when you get one, it's a complete waste of time.
My advice would be buy directly from a local store, because they at least will look after their customers. AVOID
Shambolic company
Bought a shirt on 20th November 2022 but didn’t like it so promptly returned it the next day. Got a receipt confirming my return was successful but didn’t receive anything from Farah.
I subsequently emailed Farah 8(eight) times before I got a response. The response was that their email systems are down and that they require proof of return. The same day I emailed a screenshot of the return with order number and everything that they require. No response for last 8 days to the initial and subsequent 3 follow up emails.
I am trying to find support online to receive the refund that I am due.
Avoid at all costs!!!!
