It's pretty wild that the most touted live betting app has as many flaws as it does. It's by far the most laggy out of all of the major platforms & it's also the only one that I know of that DOESN'T have live updates on bets.

After reading most of the reviews, I can safely say that I will never gamble on this website, and I'm glad others have shared their honest feedback and opinions. I give it 1 star because the majority of reviews are highly dissatisfied, with many people who have spent money only to be scammed.

Terrible experience, is and always is a terrible experience. Table games the dealer always sucks out, and never win on slots. Garbage website, definitely odds against the player.

This sites as fanduel , mgm etc, need to be banned , they have banned all swepsatekes casinos instead this shitty casinos , sweepstakes casinos was way better than this scammers as fanduel , mgm , draftking, etc .
I been spending thousands of dollars on fanduel I never get something to cashout , they are stealing players money , all theirs promotion and bonuses to sign up is a total BS .

I used to love Fanduel...my favorite actually. Then...they went to cash only (my guess because of having issues with people using cards that didn't belong to them) and the winnings literally came to a halt. Fanduel likely has lost a lot of revenue due to only being able to accept cash (people cannot charge above their means) so they have "tightened the belt". You can literally spend thousands of dollars before getting a bonus. When you do, it is small. Super disappointing because of the diversity of games and the "chance" of winning multiple ways. I am going to stop using their app. It is one thing to gamble knowing that you are going to lose some money, but that you can play for awhile and have some fun. It is another thing to know that the app has made it so that winning money is pretty much impossible...you are literally throwing money away. Boo FanDuel...you went from my favorite to one that it is wise to avoid.

They profit off your desperation and thrive off every dollar you spend. Delete it. Walk away. Even if you're up you're down. Put it in your gas tank. Buy food for the day. DO NOT DO THIS. The players get millions at the end of the game win or lose. You just lose.

Worst casino app period! Takes your money and doesn't pay anything decent. Rewards program is an absolute joke!

Tried to get my hand history tonite. Support was rude and absolutely no help. I brought up 2000 dollars in loses at slots and asked why I never received a single comp. I was told my account would banned if I ever asked why I wasn't comp.

HORRIBLE COMPANY. They have been sending mailers for 4 different people incessantly to my address like I live on a compound. There isn’t a brain cell that works between all of the employees there combined. Now they bought my information and will not leave me alone. I’ve never used this stupid scam of a company in the first place. They don’t even have an actual customer service line either, so good luck getting any sort of response out of them. Hot garbage.

While I have not used this app, I have had almost $700 worth of withdrawals taken directly out of my checking account from Fanduel. The withdrawals started on 3/31/26 and continued through 4/6/26. I am working with my bank to hopefully recover those funds after filing a Fraud case for these charges.

They kept my winnings and are scammers and have closed my account I am gonna contact the attorney general office and we should all come together and file a lawsuit or something

As many have said winning is pennies for the dollar i closed my account for this reason but was playing on another casino that joined them so i went and reopend my account same as the first time deposit deposit deposit win a little but not to exceed by much of your previous losses then lose lose deposit nothing good has come from them play elsewhere where there is wins or at least some enjoyment if you lose dont forget if you bet a dollar and you "WIN"20cents you in fact lost 80c and i would say dont even expect that big of a "win" i would like to add i now even win or should say get robbed even more since this review

Worst betting app ever..doesn't honor promotions of betting $5 get $300.. what a funding joke.. you get nothing but shifty service..Draftkings 100% honor theirs. Fanduel is a scam and needs to be sued

Ive been using online gambling apps since they came out. This is the first time I was in the middle of a bonus and I was booted out of the app. I logged back in & my bonus was over. When I got kicked out I had won 450$ with 70 spins to go. This is blatant stealing. These apps are not being regulated at all. They are stealing from people. They shouldn't be fined they should be shut down. They are paying the fines and going right back to stealing. Of course they have the money they've been stealing from people.

They start out great odds pretty good but then you do nothing but lose lose lose and the odds are very very bad. I would not recommend them at all. They give you $1000 back if you lose up to a $1000 the 1st week when you start but after a couple weeks everything gets totally crappy with betting doesn’t matter if it 0.20 cents or $10. Odds are crap. Do yourself a favor and learn my lesson stop in the 1st week and do not recommend to your friends. You would hurt them in getting sucked in initially with good odds but then the odds go downhill fast. I’m not playing anymore online casino games. Don’t do it unless you don’t care they take your money and you keep losing. Run run run from FanDuel!

They are terrible, I pay for this service and then can’t even watch the game cause I am not at my house. Don’t use this it is a ripoff, makes me hate the NbA even more since it is just a money grab.

Their big promotion on Sportsbook for new players is to give you Bet Reset promotions of up to $300 a day for ten days. But, after I signed up and tried to use that option, it was never available. I contacted support numerous times saying that and they would say it's a technical issue and they are working on it. But, the tokens expire. They don't offer you replacements if you wanted to use that option and could not. It's just bogus.

This is the most expensive and shittiest app I’ve ever had. When we can get it on our tv (rarely) it’s blurry and you can’t even tell what the score is, and usually you can only tell if they made the shot from the announcers. Customer service isn't worth shit. Today they can’t even find my account. Grrrr
