We had our install today after signing up to Fairfield telecom. The sign up process was straight forward, meeting all our needs and saving us money in the process! Simon Harrison oversaw the installation and was fantastic, going over and above to explain and make sure our business downtime was kept to a minimum and suggested extra system features that may be beneficial to our business that our previous provider didn’t. We would recommend Fairfield telecom to anyone and cannot praise their staff enough

Great customer service! The installation went smoothly. The router I have splits into 5 lines (for 5 seperate offices) and everything has run smoothly and the connection speed has been excellent.
The team remember you. An example of this is I had recently mislaid the wifi passwords. Ed and John in the office put me onto Simon who was the instal engineer who set it all about a year ago. He remembered (a year on) that I had requested specific passwords and that he had emailed them to me.
I would highly recommend Fairfield.

After a difficult start to using Fairfield which has had its fair share of hiccups, I have to say they have eventually come up trumps. Switching over to Fairfield from our previous supplier has not been the easiest of processes with poor communication compounding issues, but Louisa in Finance has been incredible sorting it out. I’m not sure what I would’ve done without her input and help. Hopefully all will be plain sailing from now on and look forward to many years of business with them.

Great service from David at Fairfield Telecom. I have had so many problems with BT over the years it was like a huge weight being lifted when Fairfield came along and installed a complete new business telephone system and did all the switch over for us with absolutely no fuss. They even helped with my early termination fee from BT. I was so happy with their service we are now looking at switching over all our company mobiles to Fairfield as well.

Only just signed up with Fairfield Telecom and everything seems to be running smoothly. Karl the sales rep has been great and kept us informed of dates etc for switching phone lines over and saving us money with our current provider who have tried to fleece us at every stage. Would highly recommend

We have been using Fairfield Telecom for 6 years now and we are on our second phone system with them. I can't remember who we saw originally, but Louise came in last year and upgraded everything, and she has been a great account manager. We have new equipment at a slightly lower cost than before, and they have always been a reasonable price with a very good service level ever since we have been with them. Jon in their technical department is particularly helpful.

Fantastic experience so far! From the moment David from Sales came in to introduce himself and the company, the migration of the old system to the new one, to when Simon came in to finalise installation of the handsets and the launch of the system.
We have had positive support, induction and use of the handsets that are not only impeccable but also easy to use.

Poor service and neglect to inform you that all monies will be collected by a finance company who add ridiculous additional charges. Not given a full copy of the finance companies agreement (just conveniently hid they page to sign within their documentation). Avoid at all costs

I’m about to lose my work mobile number as they can’t seem to perform a simple service as transferring my number from my old contract - wish I’d never been contacted.
No one will take any personal responsibility nor get in touch at a time of need.

Steer clear at all costs. Unfortunately our experience with Fairfield Telecoms has gone from bad to worse. We have had function problems with our phone system from the start, we cannot add contacts to our system without them doing it for us!
Then there is the fluctuating and randomly increasing bills which is an ongoing issue.
Finally and the biggest problem and disappointment, they sold our contract along with a group of others to another random company.

Avoid!
Just over a year ago I was visited by the Fairfield rep called Karl. He gave me a verbal quote of a fixed monthly fee of £80 per month. I asked for a written quote which he emailed me. I decided to proceed with a 5 year contract as it was cheaper then my current phone and broadband and wanted to protect myself against inflation. They provided me with an order form confirmation confirming the prices on the quote. It clearly says £80 per month x 60 months.
They came to do the install mid July and the hand-written contract was signed by me on the day of install.
After a few months some random charges appeared on my bill. Apparently these were errors but also calls outside of my free bundle. But they are not itemised on my bill so they could be for anything. Strangely calls within my bundle are itemised but chargeable calls are not. A few complaints to the Manager Jon and they finally credited some of the overcharges. Fast forward to May this year and my bill shoots up again. This time Jon says that my contract isn't in fact fixed for 60 months. The £80 per month contract I signed apparently was only for the first 12 months, despite it very clearly saying £80 per month x 60 months. When I questioned the increases Jon sent me a copy of my contract which appears to show a hand-written note squashed outside of the main text box in the far right of the margin the tiny words (FOC)(12 months). This appears to have been an after thought as it is not written in the main text box. Apparently this note means that the broadband price wasn't included for the first 12 months. I asked why there was no mention of this on the quote or order confirmation and was emailed a single sentence response from Jon :
Any quotation given by us to you will not constitute an offer, and is only valid for a period of seven days from its date of issue.
So basically, the quotes they give mean nothing after 7 days and the the order form is apparently not a binding contract. Jon has been ignoring my calls and emails for weeks now. No one else at Fairfield can discuss billing issues, only Jon who is never available. Not even to explain why the price increase started in May and my contract started mid July, so not 12 months had passed before the increase kicked in.
I've now had an email saying my contract has been purchased by 4com so Fairfield can't even be bothered to discuss these issues with me. They've just passed me onto someone else.

Had a visit from the Rep, Karl, after a few calculations it turned out they could save us money compared to our existing contract. We agreed a contract, the phones came last week, all went very smoothly, the phones are much easier to use than our previous.
Fast, efficient, and a very friendly professional service- what more would you want from your telecommunications supplier? I could not recommend Fairfield Telecommunications more highly.

In the current climate I researched my value for money and the best option for us as a business and by far Fairfield telecom came out on top. I dealt with a professional, knowledgeable and better yet time spent man named Karl. Karl answered all questions I had never to big or small for his knowledge and gave me guidance on everything!
