No stars - never heard of charging to withdraw your winnings at 5% because you discustingly won before spending 50% of your deposit!!!

Every time I’m on a winning streak they suspend my account and pretend they care about your wellbeing , but when you’re losing they don’t. They’ve done it 4 times in the past month this time I was up over £500 and rising when they suspended me. Avoid at all costs, if you enjoy wining pick another casino.

Would just like to add this has just happened again I’ve been playing for about 70-80 minutes I’m £800 up and they’ve suspended my account saying there concerned. Just to put it into perspective the other day I played for like 3-4 hours lost £400 and they didn’t do anything.

I would like to add an update :

They suspended my account last night while on a win streak and after making 3 withdrawals. They unfroze my account 12 hours later. In which I started playing 2 hours ago I deposited £100 in which I am up over £1000 and guess what they done again froze my account. This is the only website that does this. Every time you win they freeze your account. Every time you lose they let you play for as long as you want.

Even if they aren't a scam. (which I'm not sure of yet), its not worth the time to go back and forth figuring out what documents they need and making sure you submit the correct ones. Had plans for today and ended up wasting about 2 hours doing nothing other than trying new forms/ways of submitting my passport photo.

Haven't had this problem with a single other site. Its really just a time waste, and i was only trying to withdraw €27 lol.

Was able to withdraw my 27. They are just mega nits with respect to what is acceptable quality for documents and images. That being said, I only tried to withdraw 27, so can't say anything for what would happen if I tried to withdraw thousands.

Also, I still haven't got my welcome bonus after depositing and betting 100+. So they get +1 star for it actually being possible to withdraw but it stays at 2 star, for the time wasted with documentation and my late and (possibly never) welcome bonus. If they give me the bonus after contacting them, then I'll re-edit and give them another star.

I joined this site on the 3rd of November. I deposited £200 and during my betting on the the 4th of November I withdrew £200 and after another horse win I withdrew a further £200 and left just over £100 for the following day ( both withdrawals had no issues). Had a further bet on 5th of November and won a further £200 and asked for another withdrawal ( basically after I finished betting that day I would either withdraw or leave it till I next went back to the site). Placed further bets with the money left in my account for this weekends golf ( bets placed after my withdrawal request). On the 7th of November noticed the withdrawal money still hadn’t reached my account, so contacted on there online chat box. The robot as normal was no help so said they would get an advisor. After over an hour still no advisor so had to email. This is when they said that we need either your passport or driving licence and a utility bill showing all 4 corners of the page and also pictures of the front and back of your debit card, before they will allow me to withdraw ( said there KYC which stands for know your customer) flagged irregularities ( ie I had the cheek to withdraw 3 times in 48hours so they need to see these documents for money laundering and t&cs. Told them I have absolutely no intention of providing these sensitive and personal documents that you would need to pass to a lawyer for a house purchase maybe but not to place a bet? They said they will not allow the withdrawal to take place unless I provide these documents. Obviously this is blackmailing a customer to provide sensitive documents or they don’t pay you out. Obviously I am now in the process of contacting the gambling commission ( there website states betting company has to be ‘reasonable in requesting documents in a set time period and not that they can withhold payments after 3 transactions after 48hrs). Please tell as many people you can about this betting company and hopefully they will be either shutdown or have such a poor customer base due to there pirate actions and treatment of customers. I intend to update this on trust pilot regularly until they either realise there outrageous behaviour or there licence is withdrawn to prevent further people being blackmailed in this manner. I should also mention they still allowed me to place bets after my withdrawal request with no issues knowing if I won they wouldn’t allow a withdrawal unless I provided the above stated documentation. Sharks!!

Tried to withdraw £300 but although previously verified they are asking for evidence of source of funds. I sent payslips but they then said they needed bank statements for last three months. I sent pages showing salary going in but they are saying that is not good enough and want to see full statements showing all transactions. They state they need to see them to verify source of income and will not release £300 until I send them full bank statements. I have already sent various items to verify my ID but they keep asking for more. They already have copy of debit card. I belong to other sites and none have gone to these extremes.

They use to be a great casino very quick withdrawals, I closed my account as they started to request information at time of withdrawel (delay) just seen a review here where t&c's were pulled up in particular max win per bet is £4k so if you got lucky on a slot and hit a large jackpot it would be limited to £4k or 100 times bet size whichever is lower, if you went crazy and bet £5k on roulette and won say 5.4k you would only win £4k and lose money! (although the terms now suggest they do not accept any single bet over £1k on roulette or blackjack) so if you got lucky and placed 10 x £100 and 1 x£10 chips and hit a number with £100 on, you wouldnt win £3600 as the bet would technically be void on review (bet is over £1k by £10 it may not be rejected by the gaming provider so the bet may go ahead, it just wont get paid at withdrawel), they also have in the terms the max win per calendar day of £25k so if you are on a winning run (I know they are rare) you had better stop at £25k, I would advise anyone playing any casino to check the t&c's especially as this is what you sign up for (some t&c's are fairer than others) , I closed my account a few months ago as had them request further KYC and they delayed withdrawel (breaks commission rule 17.1.1, witholding withdrawal at point of withdrawel request where information could have been asked prior), it was a easy solution for me, send the KYC and ask to close the account, plenty of good providers out there just be wary of the t&c's all it's what you sign up contractually. Fafabets T&C'S are not the worst , just spend time reading them as it prevents the heartache down the line

Update: they have been emailing me today and now they are saying after yet more "adjustments they can only pay out £2,442 to me but as a gesture they are happy to send me 3k and a £1000 bonus.. I said no. I still didn't get the 4k and they are disgusting doing this. I signed up this evening and started playing, about five mins in and I won £25,478 I was absolutely delighted of course, however, I continued to play until i was down by 23,900.. Every so often you get an email offering a bonus if you lose money. In the email EVERY SINGLE TIME for the three years I've been a member it says that the system will automatically credit your account with the bonus the next day by 4pm. They NEVER automatically credit. You have to email them every single time and then play email tennis while they manually award the wrong bonus and then take forever to correct their error.

I have to stress - this is every single time they do an offer.

Add to that they verify you again every time you want to make a withdrawal asking for the same shit they've already got on file that you've sent to them.

They randomly phone you to make sure your number is correct despite not giving them permission to call.

I recently registered with this betting site and to be honest this has to be THE WORST and most CORRUPT betting site I have used in 20 years of using online betting sites.
Having deposited in excess of a 1000 pounds in a week I tried to make a withdrawal of £250 which was successful, however on the second attempt of trying to withdraw another £250 I was asked for verification documentation .
So now the lengthy verification process had begun and oh did it begin begin begin and go on and on and on.......from uploading utility bills which had to all be in my name and not my partner name ,and drivers license debit or credit cards Pdf bank statements and bills without a crease in them or a bend in them I've still yet to receive my money.
Having uploaded my name and address and Bank statements bank cards and drivers license and inside leg measurements I'm still being vetted because my Bank statements are not to their liking and now I have a betting problem and their TEAMS are that concerned about my massive withdrawal amount of £250 pound that they need to talk with their team to discuss whether I can afford to gamble or am I under any strain or struggling financially etc.

Worst casino I have played, suspect unfair practices and game rigging
Deposited around £700 over a few days, played a few games on the site they paid out small nominal amounts so the RTP is awful. I thought I’ll deposit £20 and that’s my last. When I opened up the game ‘gold blitz’ a pop up came awarding me £30 I only had £20 in my account so I accepted at 18.04 (6.04pm) plus, there was only an ‘accept and continue’ option on the screen no T&Cs but I was mid play so I didn’t take much notice …so now the game was playing with bonus money and at 18.05 shock horror the game paid out the mega jackpot. I played out the wager requirements and I had £1693 left in my account. I noticed only a laughable £150 was added to my account - the rest £1543 was sat in bonus balance. I complained and this review will get the RNG is verified by 3rd parties, blah blah blah…this is BS…it was just too coincidental the games paid out when in bonus play, Fafabet are safe in the knowledge that the player cannot withdraw a significant amount due to their unfair practices on their T&C’s - which I may add were not made clear to me when I accepted. I had assumed the casino was like other casinos and once the wager was met the remaining balance would be added to account. I am not angry or upset over £1543, it’s the unfair practice and games rigging that I am highly suspicious of and I am escalating my complaints for investigating. Needless to say I closed my account and will not give them another penny.

Deposited £300 in funds with no issue - Won £495 on a saturday afternoon, withdrew the original £300; did not arrive, then an email arrived wanting me to send 3 types of info like usual, sent my passport, a picture of my card and my mobile phone bill. They responded by saying they do not accept utility bills like A mobile phone bill. They once again asked me for a gas bill (I have no gas supply!!) my passport and my card info.

Needless to say I managed to ‘withdraw’ the remaining £495 from the site - but neither the £300 nor the £495 have made it to my bank account. And now the saga will continue. I have screen shots of everything and looks like will be taking them to court for my £495 and my £300 initial deposit.

In the end I sent the precourt protocol document and within 2 hours the cash was in my account.

Suspended my account after getting a substantial amount of personal information I was unhappy to provide without warning. They would let me withdraw my money or let me use it. DO NOT DEPOSIT, untrustworthy. There Livechat is pointless, it cannot understand or answer anything and will not transfer to a human. STAY WELL CLEAR.

Same as all reviews account was suspended I was unaware made a deposit and not allowed to place a bet,
Then they were requesting photos they weren’t good enough scans they weren’t good enough then pdfs, finally excepted then account still blocked wage slips and tax returns still not enough asked to close account hidden fees,

Open an official complaint and also a request for a full sar a little time consuming for them but now will follow all procedures.
