Sari received was unwearable. Material was a cheap and horrible syntheic mess that had an awful chemical smell. The applique and design on the blouse was different from the photo.

Asked for a refund OR an exchange for store credit even and never heard anything back.

My friend recommended me this site as she orders from here frequently so I went to try them too. Got my order delivered today and it was amazing. Really good quality and perfect fit for my custom plus size. They let you select your sizes and also let you customize the dress as per your liking. Everything went well and the customer care chat was quick to answer all my queries. Loved it!!!

We had a wedding for my cousin on Nov 25th onwards and My wife wanted to order and wear the customized Anarkali dress, which we have ordered after they told me that the dress will be shipped and delivered on or before November 23rd, after that I do not need the dress if it is delivered after Nov 23rd. Dress was delivered before Nov 23rd, but what they have sent someone else's package to me and my package to someone else. I reported to them about it and they blame to packaging and shipping. After all, it's overall their responsibility to ensure customer receives great product and on time. I asked for full refund I paid, but I didn't receive any positive response from them so far. This is very bad customer service and very bad handlings of them. Do not recommend to buy anything from here.

Wonderful service and quality. Seeing the collection at Fabricoz site I was so impressed but had never used them. So was not sure if the service would be good too and not to mention the fit. But I am so happy that it came as expected.

I purchased a sari/suit. But they didn’t send me the one I ordered. When I put in a PayPal dispute they then threatened me. All they had to do was send me what I ordered. The site also looks like you are dealing with a company in Australia but you are not. Don’t trust an order with them

Thanks for adding lining and making changes to hide skin. Their custom stitching option is unique and is taken seriously when stitching is done. Every note I left in the order was perfectly followed.

I would give them a zero if I could. First, they told me they would not be restocking an item I wanted to purchase (it was sold out). I was really upset because I liked it a lot. Then, a few weeks later, I was on their website and saw it was back in stock anyway. I ordered it, and when it arrived the outfit was too large. The shirt looked too big, but I figured I could make it work. The pant, however, was WAY beyond my size and had no string to tighten. I messaged them about this, and they said questions about sizing should be sent to their email. I emailed them and never got a response. I messaged them three more times since then, and have been ignored on there as well. I can't wear this outfit, and their customer service has done nothing about it. Do not buy from here, if for some reason your outfit is not what you wanted, you're stuck with it.
