Ordered 3 tyres on the Tues, for fitment on the Friday. Rang Friday morning to ask if all tyres had arrived (due to knowing this issue has happened to multiple people in Lincoln). I was told all three tyres had arrived.
Took car in at 0830, was asked if I wanted to wait but understood three tyres isn't a two minute job so didn't. Rang at 4pm and was told they were still waiting on the third tyre and there was a possibility it wouldn't be in today. Picked my car up at 4:45pm and was told to come back on Sunday because the type would be there and who ever was dealing with me would let me know. Rang at 10am on Sun...was told they'd not checked but would get back to me ASAP...rang again at 1045, no tyre! Lots of 'sorrys' but no taking responsibility, clearly no one checked any of the vans for the correct tyres or checked what jobs needed to be done that day when the tyres came in. No organisational or management skills shown or customer services.
Asked for a refund, the machanic who was dealing with me promised he'd put the refund in first thing Monday morning and should take 3-5 working days. Rang the Internet Services number the following Friday, to ask where my refund was...it's not been started. So now I have to wait another 3-5 days to get my refund.
I was told the problem is with the booking of the tyres and the mechanics at the branches don't see where the tyres were coming from, but he knew it was coming from down south. And apparently it takes over 5 days for a tyre to appear. Same thing happend to my partner and another guy at the garage on the same day. Booked it in for a specific date on the website, turned up at the branch, no tyres. But obviously it's the supplies fault...so why is the branch still being used?
I have raised this with the complaints department.

Gave me a really good deal. And when had an extra fault called me. And explained about there monthly payments which has helped me as I don't work as I'm disabled got me my car sorted within a day and drives better than ever. Couldn't recommend them enough.
Thought I might be here a short time. Arrived for an appointment 20 minutes early. Still waiting for the tyre to be replaced some 30 minutes after my appointment. Just been asked to be patient as they are busy. Watched a group of 4 fitters chatting for 10 minutes opposite the viewing window. Seemed that of the 7 personnel I saw only 3 were actually working. The manager(?), a young girl and a fitter. 7 vehicles inside the premises . Busy yes, but why accept aappointments and ask you to be there 15 mi uses early?!

The most pathetic website ever! Either it won’t recognise your car or, when it does, the basket empties itself when you try to confirm the order. I have wasted over an hour just trying to order a single tyre. Unbelievable and irritating beyond belief.

Booked in at 10am to have new tyres fitted, was told it would take 2 hours , so I left the vehicle with them . 4 hours later and still no phone call so I rang to ask if it was ready , I was then greeted by a member of staff moaning down the phone that it’s taken them longer to fit the tyres then normal !! ( like it’s my issue ). When I went to pick up the vehicle I noticed they had badly damaged one of the alloy wheels obviously from trying to fit the tyre and they wouldn’t even admit to doing it . Had to get customer services involved which they then finally agreed to repair the damaged wheel . Waited over two weeks for them to sort it out, then get a message to say it’s all repaired, the next available day off work which was 3 days later I go to collect the wheel to be then told it’s not actually there and I’ll need to come back next week!! Not one apology throughout this whole shambles. Definitely the worst garage I’ve had the misfortune of using and would never use them again .

I booked a fixed time slot for 2 new tyres. Got there (12 miles away) to be told there would be at least a 1 hour wait!! When I asked why they didn't call to let me know, I was told, lack or staff, problems blowing up some tyres on a van, all sorts of lame excuses. Customer services were no better, I was promised a call back from the main manager locally, this did not happen either. I said I would return, but suggested a discount for my trouble, no way were they going to entertain that request!! They may offer reasonable prices, but their service was appalling! I would not go there again nomatter how good there prices were. Shocking!!!!!!

EDIT: After writing this review the area manager reached out to discuss my complaint and assured me there would be an internal investigation regarding the concerns raised. He was very understanding of the poor customer service I received.
Based on that I have adjusted my review.
Booked my car in at 830 on a Monday morning for x2 new (front) tyres. When I arrived the manager in the office was on what sounded like a welfare meeting with a member of staff. I got no acknowledgment at all until after 10 mins I asked if there was anyone to help me to which he ended the call. I received no call to say my car was ready
Overall impression on this occasion is quite poor.
Excellent service, booked at short notice and was seen on time. The employee I spoke to on the phone was friendly and helpful, as was the mechanic who repaired my car. Me, not knowing much about cars, tyres & flashing yellow lights on the dashboard, he was spot on with finding the problem and solving it. I would certainly use this company again.
I visited formula one auto centre in Lincoln and they were very helpful. I needed some air in my tyres as my tyre pressure light came on. A member of staff put air in all my tyres and checked my light had gone off.
He was very helpful and friendly and it helped me out as I was travelling in the area and had a long journey ahead of me.
Super service and much appreciated.

I noticed that he will go of the way for 100% help and if he unable to sort customer out there and then, He will always contact once faults known. Garage is always clean and tidy since i been to a lot of garages in passed not tidy. I also noticed that his staff are very friendly and very helpful. Get invited into garage window view waiting room along with a drink. I found that Adam is one of the most vehicle expert engineer along with complete brilliant management services. This the garage i will use all time now visit few times. One Happy Customer.
Just had my annual service at the Lincoln Branch. Not only a great price but also a great experience. All the staff are friendly and courteous I was kept informed with what was required and what was advisory but having been a customer for a few years I trust what they tell me. I also buy my tyres here as they always price match.
The lads at Lincoln were great. They knew what they were talking about and quickly diagnosed my "knocking" problem and sorted it that day. Couldn't have asked for more. I will be booking in for a service there soon too.
Visited the Lincoln branch recently due to a suspension issue, assuming it needed a wheel alignment. Upon a quick look was told that there was no point doing a wheel alignment as suspension is badly damaged, and got booked in later on in the week to have a 'thorough check'. Dropped the car off at half 8 in the morning and was told I will get a call in the afternoon with a quote. Waiting on edge all day, after 16:30 I called them up and asked if there is any updates. Receptionist seemed a little lost and said that he doesn't know, will talk to his supervisor and give me a call back. At 17:30, after not receiving a call, once again, I decided to walk up and collect my car at 17:50, 10 minutes before they closed as I needed the car for the next day. My car was on the ramp and they were closing the shutters down. I asked what is wrong with the car, and to my surprise I was told there is nothing wrong with it. My wheel is bent to the left and steering wheel bent to the right, clearly there is something wrong, as I was also told the suspension is badly bent. When asked if it's safe to drive, I was told "i'd say so, yeah". I took my car before they closed it off and drove off. They clearly didn't even have a look at the car, having it for nearly 10 hours and keeping me on edge all day, and on top of that if I didn't walk up they would have closed the car in the garage overnight. Would not recommend, poor communication and service. Took it to a different garage and they did confirm track rod ends were damaged, and I have been driving this car since being told it was safe to drive.

F1 Lincoln are so professional and efficient. They have been so kind to me as a female who doesn’t understand cars. They also would not let me pay for their time. A credit to their profession.
Job started and finished on time. Polite staff.
