Went in for a wheel balancing and wheel alignment, after I had a blowout on the motorway. I had to have the tire replaced but once I got past 50 miles an hour I could see low vibration so I knew the wheel balancing was incorrect. This is a brand-new Vauxhal Mokka with good Michelin tyres on it. Sean who is great at his job and has looked after me in the past did the wheel balancing very quickly and said that Vauxhal had overbalanced the original Tyres and the new one I had faeces on the side of the road was well out of balance. He was unable to carry out the wheel alignment as the car is new, and at the moment they do not have the correct technology/machine to check the alignment on my car. I wasn’t overly worried about the wheel alignment as it wasn’t pulling to one side, but I thought it was worth getting checked if possible whilst I was there. It was done within 30 minutes. I took the car for a quick spin down the motorway and got up to 70 miles an hour and there’s absolutely no vibration at all. So fantastic job by Sean, the whole team at F1 auto in Farmborough are great. Nothing is too much problem. Could highly recommend them. I’ve only dropped the monster as they do not have the machine or technology to do the wheel alignments on a modern car but I’m sure knowing F1 auto, they will soon have the machine to do this.

Very easy, booked online for 2 new tyres, no queues car worked on while I waited and tracking was discussed and adjusted.

Fab service this morning from all the team, especially lucas! It had been a stressful morning of car trouble and I popped into the garage on the off chance they could help. Within around an hour my car was fixed!
