Samantha Moffett was most helpful with information, filling in those gaps we sometimes have about certain products..aiding me in an eventual purchase. I appreciate that. Thank you. Ian.
Great experience yesterday at EZ living. Our sales agent Rich Chambers was excellent. Really knew his stuff and gave us great advice on picking the new furniture. Will certainly be back!

Dylan Rhodes at hollywood exchange was extremely freindly and helpful and went out of his way to get the cables connected so our freind could test out a auto lift chair before buying. Dylan is a credit to your team and will recommend him to our freinds and family.

Samantha and the Holywood store.
Found the Holywood store to be excellent. This applies especially to the sales executive Samantha Moffett who could not have been more helpful. She was not pushy in any way but answered questions honestly, as well as giving us all the time in the world to browse and satisfy ourselves as to the right purchase.
Delivery was exactly as specified and the delivery team were on time, friendly and careful.

We recently visited the Holywood…
We recently visited the Holywood Exchange store in Belfast and had the most pleasant experience with Julie. She helped my daughter and future son in law purchase their first bed with side tables.
She made the whole experience very easy and didn’t push them to purchase. She listened to them, guided them and went the extra mile to make them feel they got exactly what they wanted and needed.
Julie gave them the 5 star experience and had made them want to return to the store again to make other purchases.

Dylan Rhodes was super
Dylan Rhodes was very helpful when my husband and I were purchasing multiple items. He was a perfect sales man, helpful but knew when to step back to give us time to think over decisions. We have not been in that store in a long time and was super impressed with customer service and the choice, particularly the sofa range.
