Bought mattress and must say excellent quality and very friendly staff.

Found the sales assistant Chloe to be exceptionally helpful , fully knowledged of the products and a huge asset to the store , she made us feel that no question was foolish and gave us honest advise , couldn’t fault her .
Excellent selection of furniture in store , good quality and seems to be competitively priced .

I used their web chat service and dealt with a fantastic lady named Chloe who was based in Clonmel. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I would highly recommended this business

Got my Legend corner and footstool in EZ Living Clonmel, thanks to Ben, fantastic service. Our living room has an odd shape so it was difficult for us to find the right fit but thanks to Ben and his expertise, patience and creativity we found one quick, delivery was organised within week. Thanks to the whole Team by helping us to find right accessories to redecorate our living room. Highly recommend visiting store not only because of the beautiful furniture and accessories but also because of the excellent customer service.

Met a girl Chloe o dwyer in clonmel at christmas and she was so professional in her atitude to customers whilst i was browising ,also have heard her speak on phone and assuring customers ..very professional girl.very knowledgeable.and most importantly a smile ...a worker!! Gave her full attention to each and every detail....

Ben Walsh took my customer service call after customer service had closed. He went above and beyond to ensure I got the item I wanted and explained the whole process from order to delivery and any potential delays to make sure I was happy before I placed the order. He also emailed me all the details and gave me the phone number to contact him on should I need further assistance. An exceptional customer experience and care of the customer. This in my experience is rare which is why I am writing this review.

Great service & staff a pleasure to deal with.

Very disappointed with the service of Ben in the Clonmel store. Told my husband and I, 3 different versions of what options we had with ordering a couch and was very condescending when we told him he had mislead us. Also rang to follow up ojn payment which we both felt was very pushy. Also, if we had not asked further questions we would have received wrong cushions based on what he told us. We rang Linda in Limerick and she was wso helpful and clarified everything for us and we ordered through the Limerick store.
Ben also said he was giving us free delivery(he was not this was a nationwide deal) and he said a 3% discount but he was giving a discount of €80 instead of the actual 3% which was €84. Just did not like the deception of that either. Not a very polite or helpful guy at all.

Chloe at the front desk was very helpful on the call and when we arrived at the outlet. The range of products on display were of premium quality and price justified.
