I dealt with Ava she was helpful and explained the delivery. I bought a sofa but having work done and didn't want delivery for a few weeks. She called me today to say delivery will be 1st July delighted with that

International Hug Day
We had an excellent experience on Saturday with the guy who looked after us when buying garden furniture. He is a great advertisement for the shop, couldn’t have been more helpful and I even got a hug🤣

Could be better!!!
Happy with the table we picked. Nice looking.
But on delivery of our dining table, guys who making the table left two big scratches on our new flooring.
Also the dining table had a big crack on top.
Not happy with delivery experience, we were made to pay extra 60 euro to change the delivery date, which is fine but it doesn't feel worth it when table is cracked and being replaced and permanent scratches left on the new floor
The transaction number was FHOM113491
It's under my husbands name , Drew Smyth.

Good morning Swati,
Thank you for updating the order number for me.
So in relation to having to pay a further 59.00 Re-delivery fee - this is due to the fact that the item was loaded on the truck for delivery when you requested a change in date (not giving enough notice) to push the delivery out again - hence we have to charge.
In terms of the table - yes indeed I can see by the notes the table top was damaged on arrival last week but I can see that they are replacing this for you tomorrow so your new table will be perfect.

Easy experience
I bought a rug from Lucy Richardson. She was very pleasant and easy to deal with. The store is laid out really well with lots of fabulous pieces. Would recommend a visit.

The website was easy to navigate
The website was easy to navigate. The item I was in stock and on display. Staff were as helpful as always. The delivery date was one that suited me without a long lead time.

Recliner chair warranty
Bought a 3 piece suite plus a recliner chair for the kitchen. Everything grand until the recliner wouldn't lock upright after 17 months. Reported the problem to head office. They quote Manufacturer "out of warranty"!! Apparently only 12 month warranty on a €600 chair!! They want €105 to fix it! Be very careful when buying anything with movable parts and check how long warranty is because 12 months is ridiculous for the money spent.
