We just bought a new house. And the primary choice of furniture store was EZ Living. Because is always stylish, comfortable and suits evryone.

Jason at Fonthill shop attended to me in a lovely manner, was able to get a high quality bedding and Sofa at a reasonable price

I placed my order on 30th November based on the website’s stated delivery timeframe of 10–15working days. This clearly indicated that the item would arrive before 25th December, which was a key reason for my purchase. Unfortunately, this commitment has not been honored, and I consider the advertisement to be misleading.
Such false advertising is unacceptable, particularly when customers rely on stated delivery times for important occasions. I will therefore be seeking a full refund and, although it is now too late to order elsewhere for this occasion, I would rather not support an organisation that does not fulfill its promises.
Should the company acknowledge that they are at fault and fulfill the delivery items in perfect condition, within the timeframe originally promised, I would be willing to reconsider and update my rating. Until then, I cannot recommend this service.

Item bought delivered into store with 1 week delay.
In order to receive a receipt via email I called a team 4 times through 3 days even though everyone told I will receive it in 1-2 minutes.

Excellent service in the shop handled with ease and care. Great service at the collection point (27/11) in Damastown especially Ciaran and Brendan (I think that’s his name).

Love the quality of the products. Recently we got a table, Christmas tree and loads of decorations. Everything looks so classy. Shop assistants are very professional and polite.
