Bought a mattress from Alison …. With 7 or 8 ONEFOR ALL vouchers , which took some time and the experience was very positive. Alison was great to deal with, and never complained about the tedious transactions. Alison was so patient and helpful!! Very pleasant and helpful staff. Walked around for a while and was greeted by the staff but didn't feel hassled, which is a bugbear of mine. Staff member went to a bit of trouble to find the item I wished to purchase. Everything was seamless and easy. Would recommend.

Great staff
Timmy was a fantastic help in choosing a mattress. He was really friendly and knew all the answers to the questions I had. He didn’t try to over sell which is a huge bonus because we had a budget and he stuck to it.
The next day a lovely women put through the sale. I can’t remember her name but she was also great.
Would have loved a sooner delivery
