Ashbourne customer service 100%
I was in the Ashbourne store today was a bit lost , I am colour impaired and dyslexic, which may not sound a problem, but is when my last sweet of furniture torn out to be dark Brown and not black , which i thought i had got.
Sonya was so helpful and patience with me , it made the experience easy and fun for me instead of stressful.
I got exactly what I was looking for and the right colour this time, and a few giggles to ask she has a great sense of humour also..
When paying for my item I couldn't find my card and was put under no pressure.
Of course I didnt k know my eircode, which Sonya also did for me and arranged delivery on a date that suited myself and delivery people.
People like myself dont always have great confidence and probably shouldn't be allowed shop on their home , Brown furniture for example . But i know I got what I wanted this time and was very comfortable, thanks to Sonya so I am very grateful for that.
Her co worker whom I didnt get her name was very nice and was easy to talk too.
Very professional staff with a great understanding .
I will definitely be back as I am comfortable there now . Great customer service and staff.

Great furniture selection, but even better staff (Ashbourne)
Its very refreshing to have see staff that actually seems happy to do their job. The Staff at EZ Living always smile and greet you, give you the required attention and help needed with the furniture.
Always a delightful experience visiting the Ashbourne branch. We ordered a garden furniture set, all thanks to the staff who spent 20 mins with us addressing all our questions. Top notch experience.

Great service. Bought a bunk bed for our boys, floor model for half the price!! Jess was very helpful, we called ahead and she held the bed for us until we got there.

I couldn’t rate the girls in ezliving Ashbourne enough. Tracey is so helpful and knowledgeable and Paulina was great to deal with too. They have a great team in Ashbourne and the furniture is great quality amd so reasonably priced.
