We bought our first half-dozen designer frames from Eyewhere last week and were thrilled with the glasses which arrived the very next day. There was one pair unavailable & we were advised of this before delivery & the payment was reduced to account for that immediately. No faff!

The whole experience was easy & we wished we had been bothered before as the frames are lovely & have brightened up our shelves and what's more the Boss loves them!

I agree with an earlier comment, the website isn't as smooth as it could be but has improved over the last year.

Frames arrived perfectly packaged within their designer cases, within a couple of days of order.
Website was very easy to use & order from.
Was sent email reminder of delivery date with text on the day from the courier service giving the hour when the package would be delivered.
Product price was excellent - will definitely use again.

cannot choose from website...product and prices are great but sometimes the product picture does not match real life qaulity and colour...should sort out an exchange refund policy and I will use more of this service

I have used this company a few times and, being hesitant in the first instance, only ordered a few items. However the items come well wrapped, with original tags and cases. The stuff is good quality and prices are keen (even keener when there is a clearance sale on!). No minimum order is great, preventing the need to set up expensive accounts with the big boys who come round every 2 months in order so that you can continue with the 'privilege' of holding their account.

The website could do with a little less clunkiness, but it has improved in the last 12 months since I started using it so things are moving in the right direction.

Definitely recommend these guys - keep up the good work and continue getting great frames in!

Good customer service frames turn up very quickly with original cases best thing is the fact that you can buy different variety of designer frames without minimum amount and like other designer companies you don't have to buy a large quantity of same designer frame so here you can buy as many different frames as you like at discounted rates. Would recommend to other opticians.

I can't say more than the above phrase, really... I've ordered a few times, and each time has been a very straightforward exercise, with everything delivered promptly.

Good choices, good pictures fair prices and good offers. Main thing is all frames come packed well in original packing. Live inventory and cheap postage and packaging.
