wish I had seen all these reviews before been suckered in to parting with my cash company claims to sell genuine new with guarantee watches bought 1 for a Christmas gift and it basically lost 5 number markers supposed to be guaranteed for 2 years I've messaged them numerous times but they dont reply manufacturer's won't do anything as its there policy to return to authorised seller for replacement or refund.

I purchased 2 fitbit versa 2's from this seller on Onbuy last September. One for me and one as a gift for my sister. My sisters has stopped working we have contacted fitbit and they have said that the device falls outside Fitbit's warranty terms. I have argued this as we have had it less than 1 year to be told that "We suggest here to please contact the store where you purchase the device since it seems that they gave you a refurbished device and it's showing here that your device was already out of warranty."

On the listing they advertised the fitbits as New condition not refurbished. We are now stuck with a versa that we believed would have had a 2 year warranty however it doesn't as its refurbished and has been previously owned. I'm also now worried about the second one that if it ever have an issue with that then it won't be covered either.
I also bought one in the August for my Mum and i have the same concern about hers to.

I have tried contacting the seller through the message section on my order to no avail and getting In touch with Onbuy themselves is a mission in its self, no contact email or phone number just again a message section. I am now stuck with at least 1 fitbit that we paid good money for thinking it was new and had a 2 year warranty with Fitbit that doesn't and 2 other Fitbits i am waiting to hear back from Fitbit if they are also out of warranty.
What this seller is done is false advertising a fraudulent. Avoid at all costs

How I wish I had read these reviews before puchasing a Fit Bit Tracker from this company. I have now had 3. The first 2 wouldn't keep their charge. The third one's face fell out on first wear.
They insist these watches are not faulty.

I have contacted OnBuy today to advise them they are allowing faulty watches to be sold

They take your money and don't fulfill the order. Been over 3 weeks, was promised delivery in 48 hours. Lied to again and again, no information on tracking network, keep being told its being scanned in today. I doubt these guys operate out of the UK and I assume they ship from the far east. Companies House will also show Malaysian address on file. Avoid like the plague.

What can I say I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing from this company. Like many readers I purchased Fitbit as new. After 8 weeks the Fitbit stopped working and I contacted Fitbit to be told this Fitbit was sold in 2021 and replaced. The warranty had expired. I was shocked as I purchased new goods. I contacted extreme mobiles and they gave me the run around . Item returned to the address they gave me but this was rejected. The email address they gave me didn't accept email and the phone number was not answered. Any I finally got refund through PayPal after deducting £4.50 fee. This must be the worst customer service I have experienced. I hope this and many other reviews will save someone from going through this stress trying to get refund.

I bought a watch through these I didn’t realise that they were a front for lots of smaller businesses.
SO ONBUY CANT HELP BECAUSE ITS OVER 180 days!! But to be fair to the they did respond quick.
Having bought a Fitbit charge 3 that basically died after 8 months, tried to contact extreme mobile numerous times via email as it’s still under warranty. They basically ignored me. They sent one reply back asking what was the problem..if they’d only read previous messages.out of about 6 emails after threatening to write a bad review saying “what’s the problem” if only they had read the messages. Ffs. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️

Ordered a watch for my grandaughter and its lovely arrived on time well packed no problems at all I will use this company again when needed I am very happy with the low price of my item I love it .Christine Chapman

Being very generous with a one I have ordered a watch with this company and I'm still waiting for it to arrive I've sent numerous emails and always getting fobbed off stay away from this company they are crap

I bought a watch and the tracking shows delivered.
This hasn’t been delivered to my house and not got any signature or photo proof
Been chasing daily since this was confirmed and all I do is get fobbed off!!!!
Was told to raise it with PayPal so I have done this and they have closed my case because seller confirmed delivery!!
BUT ITS NOT BEEN DELIVERED!!!
I was not aware that Onbuy.com was for individual sellers

I now don’t know what to do as I have no luck with these ROBBERS!!! Or with PayPal I have just looked on trust pilot and it’s the same for many!!!!!
How can people be allowed to get away with this when it’s for presents for Xmas and now I can’t get a refund

Do not use this company!!! I bought a watch through OnBuy! I have bought lots from OnBuy before. I didn’t realise that they were a front for lots of smaller businesses. So I order the watch on 28/11, no sign. I start the emails on 8/12. Lots of backwards and forwards with Extreme Mobile blaming Royal Mail for the delay in delivery. So today 14/12 I realise that it’s all crap…. They have never posted this watch…… it’s a stall. I tell them, it’s a present for my 14 year old son for Christmas. Then all of the beggy, “please give us a few more days…. Some of the parcels posted the same day as yours were scanned in today…” Bull!!! Full of crap!!! This company have scammed me out of over £100 and do not care less. I have told them this is obtaining money by deception and I’m going to the Police. We’ll have to see how that goes down with small claims court too!!! Scammers!!! Avoid at all costs!!’ No conscience. Disgusting!

Took my money from onbuy.com but as yet no confirmation email and no response to my tel message. Oncoming not helpful either. Will update if I get anywhere

My son bought me a pair of new head phones from this company. Swagtec United Kingdom. They were amazing. Very good quality product. But they stopped working after 3 months. He said because they were an Apple product they would definitely have a 1 year warranty with them. The company assured him they offered a warranty. It was even in their advert. He sent the speakers back and they have not replaced nor fixed nor refunded him. This is not good practice in my estimation.

The Shop: Extreme Mobile Ltd trading as Swagtech-UK on Ebay!! Claim to be UK based but operate out of Malaysia I believe.

Their Claim: They say they sell new products with full Warranty - but my experience proves that this is not true.

The Story: I bought a pair of new Dr Dre Beats from this shop. I do not believe they were new, nor has their 1yr warranty, been evident in any way whatsoever. These were all very clever and professionally presented deceptions on their Ebay shop front. Beware!

My Experience: The headphones broke after they were only used a few times - Apple said they were out of warranty and said they were definitely not new. Which means they were probably just re-packaged previously used headphones. I'm sure they were a genuine apple product but on closer inspection did look like they had been cleverly resealed. None of the typical Apple sticky tags covering the buttons were present on the headphones. (I’ve only realised this now that I have had to buy a replacement pair direct from Apple)

So I sent them back to Swagtech-UK to be replaced under the warranty. They promised both a full replacement with New Dr Dre Headphones with 1 year Apple warranty…and a full refund if I was not happy with that. Brilliant....

Then...all communication with me stopped. No ebay messages, no email replies and they certainly did not answer their phone. It is now over 2 months later and only when I threatened I would review them on Trustpilot and give their name to Action Fraud did they communicate with me again – once again offering to refund me in full (including postage) via Paypal. This has not happened and I don’t believe it will!

So I am screwed right – and the mighty Ebay won’t help, Paypal won’t help and I do not have the headphones nor my money. Im basically screwed. It's amazing how people operate once the ball is in their court. So here is the review as promised.

All I can advise is that you buy from this company WITH CAUTION. I believe that they are not completely what they claim they are! Yes, they are just an "ebay" shop and perhaps I should have been more cautious, but when you see over 40 000 positive feedback comments you assume they are all genuine. As to whether all their products and warranty promises are legitimate and this is just a one off personal experience, I cannot tell but, I would not trust anything they say if I were you.

Since threatening to write this review and then again when I posted it they offered to pay me back and this time asked for my Paypal details - twice. Ahh now the additional " i didnt get your email sir, runaround" Then said they couldn't use PP as it incurred fees. What? So I said no problem I'll pay the fkng fees. They then said they didn't have a Paypal account!!? What what? So I said send cash via Royal mail - lets see what that does! Radio silence....

Then they asked for bank details. Grrr this is now getting risky and one thing was for sure I was not giving them my bank details now having formed a profile of the type of people I was dealing with. I was resigned - if I didn't get my money back then this had been the best way to spend the £100. Just 10 more review sites to go...

Update 2
Amazing I have been refunded!!!! But not without a LOT of aggravation, 10 months of my life and a devious plan. Oh and still no help from Ebay/PP/God or any supernatural power.
So there we were......now after my last entry I capitulated and set up a bank account was now told that the Monzo Bank account did not work. AAAAAGH!

SO fed up, after another month I got a mate to buy a second item from them, that he was just going to return. Luckily they send the wrong item and he returned it using Ebay's 30 guarantee and got a full refund. He then asked about my refund and that he would not leave a positive review/feedback until I had been refunded. This seemed to once again activate them into considering my refund. Had I gained some leverage again?
Now they wanted my Paypal account again W.T.F.? Anyway two days later I was repaid. So I am not removing this review but leaving this long sorry story up for anyone to read the truth and be entertained.

And what is the moral of story? You'll do anything when theres a principle involved right? Even for a pissy £100....Mmmm.

So I say it again - employ caution if you feel you just have to deal with these people.
