Have emailed this company twice for info on buying into their franchise and never received a reply. Obviously my money isnt good enough or my reliability. ... I have 25 years experience in all aspects of the caresector but obviously not enough to not receive a reply.

Have used Extra Help Sandwell for 5 months following a long hospital stay and have found them friendly, honest, reliable and trustworthy, would definitely recommend them to anyone needing a bit of extra help .

Zoe helped me just before starting Extra Help Beverley. While I was away on holiday twice over summer she arranged and dropped food, popped in for a chat and a check up on my mum. She really loved it and I liked the flexible approach to what was happening while I was away to what was needed and keeping me informed of how things were going. It was great peace of mind and I couldn’t recommend enough. Will use ongoing now.

I have been using Caroline's branch of Extra Help Huntingdonshire for over a year now.I can't fault them. I was introduced to the person who would help me, she was carefully chosen for me.
They help me with my housework, even cutting the grass for me.
They are very reliable, friendly and always on time. Nothing is too much trouble. They brighten up my day each week.
I would recommend Extra Help, and in particular Caroline's branch in Huntingdonshire to anyone needing that bit of help without needing a care worker.

Samantha Bees team are doing a great job with my 94 year old mother in law. Caring ladies, who know how to deal with the elderly. She looks forward to their visits and agrees that she has a ‘good team’ looking after her.

The help we have for my Dad is amazing Viveen goes above and beyond to help keep on top of the cleaning and washing always . Her help is invaluable to us and to keep his home comfortable clean and manageable for him to live in . Thanks so much

The North West Leicestershire service has been a life saver with my mum who has Dementia. Mum is taken out 2 afternoons a week and engages in a variety of activities that have included singing, swimming, walking and visits to garden centres. There has been a distinct improvement in her well-being and ability to communicate as the service has provided the stimulation and conversation that mum needs on top of her daily carers and meals on wheels and Sam and Jennine are very understanding and caring in their approach to the ever changing issues we seem to have with mum. The app that is used providing family with photos and snapshots of the visits each week helps us to understand when mum is struggling to tell us all about it.

Such a fantastic service. We were match with the most amazing sitter. Our Tuesday afternoons saved us from going crazy. We had complete trust in our sitter she went over and above for us. If dad returns home we will definitely use Extra Help North West Leicestershire again

Unexpectedly living on my own, I did not think I needed help, but found my standards were slipping and my visiting family hinted at it. Extra Help has provided me with a cheerful visit each week, and cleaning of a standard I was nowhere near achieving myself. My family have since remarked how clean the house is looking!

I have a very good cleaning person. They are on time,reliable and have good standards.
I have 3 dogs so lots of dog hair, the house is spotless when she has finished.

I've used this company for cleaning and recently gardening for over a year. My assigned helper is consistently excellent, and the owner (Alexandra) is friendly and reliable. Highly recommended!

I have been using Extra Help MK for just over six months now and I'm finding the organisation fabulous.

Alexandra (Franchise owner in Milton Keynes) is very efficient and effective in arranging Cleaning for me (at the moment it's only this element of their services that I've been using, but I would have no qualms in using any of the other elements such as befriending, shopping et cetera).

Alexandra organises the specific cleaner for me who comes very promptly on the arranged day each week. She too is lovely, very efficient, very helpful and I would have no difficulty in recommending her to another person). Alexandra is very quick in offering an alternative visit if ever my main Cleaner isn't able to come for some reason.

I had changed my mothers care to Extra help Plymouth a couple of months ago now and can honestly say that to date I have been extremely satisfied with the company.
Luda the manager for Plymouth was very accommodating from the start!
The first day that I enquired there was no answer by phone, I left a message as instructed but to be honest as it was late afternoon on a Friday I never expected a call back that day and wasn’t full of hope that a call would come.
I intended to ring again the following week.
But ten minuets later Luda rang me back out of working hours all apologetic that I had to leave a message.
We arranged for a home visit with my mother so Luda could meet her and see what her needs were. Luda arrived well on time and was the most lovely warm person ever.
I could tell straight away that Luda was very passionate about her role and that of the clients needs.
William is the carer that visits my mother once a week to get some shopping, change her bedding and do a bit of housework and he is just so lovely. I feel blessed that William is my mother’s carer.
William really does go above and beyond, is caring and very thoughtful! Only today William rang me with great concern that my Mother had a nose bleed and (as I was working) I asked William to ring me back later in the day to say that she was ok which he did without hesitation! A lovely compassionate individual.
I have had to ask for my mother’s normal time to be changed on occasion so that she could attend dental appointments which with no hesitation was granted.
I have txt out of hours and always had a response.
All the above I never experienced with the last care company that she was with and they were more expensive.
Extra care to date has delivered an above and beyond service of which I am very grateful for but of course I can only speak for myself.
In a job that in my opinion is underpaid and can be very Stressful Luda and William have shown compassion mixed with professionalism that other companies could learn from.
Long may it continue and I thank Luda and William immensely!

Luda and her team have been caring for my mum for the past couple of years, and the support they've provided has been outstanding. They started with a bit of light housekeeping, but as my mum’s health declined, they seamlessly took on more—helping with meal preparation, daily tasks, and offering companionship.

What really made a difference was the personal touch. They often took her out for a coffee, which gave her a much-needed change of scenery and helped lift her spirits. Their kindness, professionalism, and dedication have been a huge comfort to our whole family. We’re so grateful for everything they’ve done.

I have a complex care package. Over the years I have had a lot of companies and 4 years ago I decided to add Extra Help Plymouth/ Saltash branch to my package. This has been the best decision I have ever made. Nothing is too much trouble, and Luda's team work so hard to meet my family's needs. I would be lost without them. Luda and her team are amazing cooks, cleaners, helping with paperwork, taking my disabled son to school, you name it they do it. I cannot recommend them highly enough. The best company I've ever had!
