First time customer and have nothing but good to review. Delivery was fast. I was called 30 minutes beforehand. Machine was installed very quickly. Fantastic service all round!

Delivery team were great, called me prior to delivery, understood where I wanted the product and listened to instruction on where the house was etc (as it’s a little hard to find) overall very happy, would use these guys again.

Had my washing machine and tumble dryer delivered today
And they were very quick at installing and was polite and helpful
My old one wasn’t removed though the only down point
But overall very good service I love both of my new items

I have been renting from this company for many years and I have never had any bad experiences with them . If any issues occur they rectify it. All staff is friendly and understanding. Today the delivery drivers made my day. Long story short I had a appliance fitted it didn't fit thorough my door so the driver arranged for a smaller one to be delivered for another day. We started talking about my dog. Today one of the same drivers came to deliver the smaller item and he asked to meet my dog. Both drivers were very loving to my dog. 10/10

Ordered a laptop got a delivery date but the day before the booked delivery i got an email to say it was delayed and would be delivered the following week on the Tuesday, then on the Sunday I got an email to say it would be delivered on the Monday (today) and I would receive an email Monday morning with a timeslot, no email arrived so I rang them to be told the laptops have no chargers and they might receive them tomorrow (tuesday) so the laptop might be delivered Wednesday. If I hadn't rang i would have sat in all day tomorrow as well for nothing and nobody would have bothered to let me know, im sorry but that is terrible customer service and very disappointing ive closed my annual leave from work to wait for a delivery that was never coming anyway. I've cancelled the order as im not prepared to sit around wasting my days on delivery's that may or may not turn up. You need to do better this is unacceptable.

This company is a complete joke . I ordered a device filled in the application I had to put my bank details they debited the money within seconds and asked me to download proof of id . I tried this repeatedly nothing didn’t work . I tried chatting to them was told how many days it would take to be resolved. When I was in the middle of answering them I got a message saying I hadn’t completed the order form . I actually filled it in 2 or 3 times . I started getting messages from the server saying my messages were blocked . I gave up asked for I refund .i sent several messages and I kept getting one back saying I hadn’t completed the order I had sent my id . I gave up after all this hassle . It was £22 . Today I got an email asking if I would like to complete the order to send my id . I also got one saying it takes seven days for a refund . This has actually come and gone . Thanks but no thanks !!!

Communication not great still waiting for a refund after a week. Told me thier machines are down. Will be calling again at some point
