The company just tells you lies, I ordered my mirror back in December I rang them again beginning of February and said my mirror would be here the following week,
Still waiting and now I hear the company is in liquidation. I feel ripped off they must of known this was coming yet are still taking people’s money.

Bought a mirror in December and just found out today that they are in liquidation. That's £309 I'll never see again. The company owner should be ashamed of herself doing this to normal people.

I'm kicking myself for shopping online on this occasion, the protection system is ridiculous and a company should never take 100% of your money until they have delivered the goods.

In my line of work we deliver the goods and then wait 45 days to be paid!!

I have chase the late delivery of our mirror and received the following auto response:
For reasons beyond our control this website is now closed.
The directors of the business are currently in the process of instructing an insolvency practitioner to assist with placing the company into liquidation.
If you have an order or refund that is yet to be completed please contact your bank / card provider in the first instance to make a claim.
We will be in touch with all customers via email or post with further details in due course.

Ordered a mirror last year which arrived but was faulty. Emailed them for a replacement which they said they'd send but it never arrived and now found out that they've gone into liquidation, which on further research is something they do frequently. Now in the process of chasing it up with out bank.

Without a doubt the worst company I have ever done business with.

I am not normally one for writing reviews, good or bad, as I am extremely busy with my work and life.
But I felt that this one was needed so other potential victims to this shocking company, choose to read the reviews, and then source their goods else where.

I placed my order for an XL mirror over 14 weeks ago, and still to this day I have not received my goods.
After multiple phones calls ( all of which I recorded ) and e-mails communication exchange to where I was promised my delivery was collected from them and on its way to me through a delivery services. - Still no goods have been delivered to me.
I even have an e-mail I received from ‘Exclusive Mirrors’ telling me they were going to reimburse part of the payment I made to them back in November due to the poor service I had received - Still to this day, no money has been refunded to my account.

The company is complete scam, they advertise and sells goods they do not have, their Customer Service staff are all scripted, and I am sure they give every person that buys from them the same speech.

With the recorded phone calls I have and the e-mail trail i have documented, this will be getting dealt with with immediate effect.

I just want to advise anyone who is planning on buying from this company, save your money, time and energy and source your goods elsewhere.

OMG I can’t believe the lies this company has been telling us all ! my mirror was due yesterday and now find out they are in liquidation shame on you how do you all sleep at night you thefting f@@@@@

Ordered a mirror on 7th Feb 19 and they took the money straight away. Nothing heard from them - tried to call no answer. Emailed and received a response saying they were in liquidation. I contacted our bank and have luckily been able to get our money back. My husband researched them on companies house and they have been in liquidation numerous times and just re-set back up the business. I would recommend NOT ordering from them

I ordered my mirror on the 2nd of December and still waiting. Several calls made to the store and left with empty promises.Now the phone is not working, emails are not answered.

Nothing left to do as to report to Police as clearly they are not planning to deliver any of the goods.

Also just found out that company is going in to liquidation!!!!

So disappointed!!!

I made an order for a mirror 6.1.19. Deliver usually 28 days. E-mailed informed id hear from the dispatcher 11.2.19 - nothing
Phoned again advised I'd hear the following week- nothing.
More emails sent no reply !
Now their are technical problems with their phone!!!! Advised to leave a message.i did numerous times. Yes you've guessed it NOTHING !! I'm disgusted. Seeking legal action as paid by my debit card. So not as easy to refund like a credit card.

Ordered a mirror 6 weeks ago, I rang last week to be told my mirror would arrive today, February 21st.
I now know this was a lie, how could the girl on the phone tell me it was on its was knowing full well the company was due to go into liquidation. How awful,how do you sleep at night.
They have been taking money from customers to save the company, with the knowledge that customers would not receive their orders.
How can anyone do that, corrupt & dishonest.
I just hope I can get my money back!
These people should never trade again, this has happened before.

Why is this website still taking orders and money when the company has gone into Liquidation? Awaiting a call back from Bank as paid with CC. Alas on Trustpilot, you can't give no Stars.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS I wish I had read all these reviews before I ordered from this company same experience as below, mirror never arrived, requested a refund that has never arrived have called and emailed several times since November 2018 awful have never experienced anything like it complete con do NOT USE THIS COMPANY needs to be reported to watchdog

£144 gone, lied to multiple times. Bank will be disputing this payment and I will be getting this money bank. Absolute thieving trash.

Indeed. Going into liquidation. Mirror ordered last November never arrived. But no contact informing that no Longer trading.
Not sure if I will get my money back.

Just chased up the order I placed two weeks ago and received an automated response saying they company is closed and going into liquidation. They suggest if you have placed an order with them to contact your bank in first instance.

I bought a mirror online in November and it said there was a 6 week delivery. I chased this up after 6 weeks to be told that the item had come in to the warehouse and was broken, nobody had bothered to ring me though. I was offered a variety of options but not a refund, which I subsequently requested as I wasn't happy with the other options available.
We are now coming to the end of February and I have still not received a refund from Exclusive Mirrors.
Beware buying from them as I'm not sure I'll ever get this money back so I will be taking it to the Financial Ombudsman.

Paid nearly £200 for a mirror on the 2nd January, staff told me to wait out the 28 days, I spoke to a girl last week and she said it would be out for delivery this week I have now discovered after numorous phone calls that the company has gone into liquidation!!!!!

Absolute robbers. Took money for mirror then say then are in liquidation but there still online selling mirrors which is an offence in itself. Having to open a case with my bank which is a complete pain. Do you use at all costs
