Excel High School was an excellent…
Excel High School was an excellent experience. The program was flexible and easy to follow, and the staff always responded quickly when I needed help. After I graduated, they sent my transcripts immediately, which allowed me to forward everything to my college right away. Because of that, I’m officially starting college next month. I highly recommend EHS to anyone needing a real, accredited online high school.

Good Engagement, but combine repetitiveness?
Curriculum and studies were mostly well organized and had a good flow. I was impressed with the engagement of almost every lesson. However, there were a number of classes where the different sections or modules really felt repetitive and could've easily been combined into single sections or modules.

Achieved My Adult Diploma with a 3.91 GPA Thanks to Amazing Support!
It is never too late to go back to school! I recently celebrated a major milestone by successfully earning my Adult High School Diploma (not a GED) graduating online from Excel High School with a phenomenal 3.91 Grade Point Average. My transcript, reflecting 22 A's and only 2 B's, is definitive proof that dedicated effort yields success.
This journey would not have been possible without the extraordinary help and support of the Excel High School staff. They provided a supportive, kind, and empowering environment that helped me achieve this near-perfect score! Their commitment to my success extended beyond the online classroom: they are always professional, quick to resolve any questions or problems, and genuinely so nice!
Excel also generously provided me with a free ACT waiver valued at over $316, along with access to the official self-paced ACT preparation course powered by Kaplan. I greatly appreciate these essential tools! Furthermore, they are being so kind as to write me letters of recommendation for the colleges I am applying to.
With this strong academic foundation, my 3.91 GPA, and the tools to achieve a great score on the upcoming ACT, I am confident in my ability to pursue my goal of attending a good college.

To provide clarity for others reading this review: you were enrolled with Excel High School for three years and successfully completed 9th, 10th, and most of 11th grade with us. When you requested your transcript in August in preparation to return to your local high school, it was discovered that one course—English 11—was not fully completed because several essays had not met the required minimum passing score. This appears to be the source of the concern.
We appreciate that you went back and completed the remaining work, and your updated transcript was issued on 11/17/25.
We understand that academic requirements and credit transfers can sometimes be frustrating, especially during transitions between schools. Our goal is always to support students in finishing their courses successfully and ensuring their records are accurate.

Incredible experience
Incredible teaching, a few typos in coursework and some of the quiz answers are outdated which means you can end up failing or missing points due to the school not having the right up to date answers listed even when you do select the right answer but otherwise excellent. I also wish the phone line was able to go to academic support rather than just billing and registry but tickets are usually handled within 2 days

I appreciate how quickly the staff responded, especially the staff member I had spoken to on the phone. The program is self-paced; I finish on my own time. I wish I had known about this a little younger. I definitely would have graduated faster; nonetheless, I'm satisfied and so proud of myself.
