I have purchased a number of items from EVO and have always had a good experience. I especially like the end of season serious discounts that I find in their online selection. I needed to return a pair of skis. It was easy. I like their return policy...One Year, if item is still in new condition. You will only pay the return shipping charge, no hidden fees, re-stocking or having the shipping charge they paid to get the item to you deducted from you refund, should you need to return something. I look forward to browsing their huge selection and buying again in the future.

Absolutely horrible will never buy from again. I ordered what I thought was a shocktrooper element deck. Because that's what was pictured but I received a stormtrooper deck. I have two stormtrooper decks already I would NOT order another one. Bait and switch site is ridiculous lost a customer.

Brought a pair of ski boots and the order mentioned it is "NEW". When received the package, even found a return RMA slip by somebody else in the box. Be careful.

I was miss informed by 3 different sales agents on the outlet status of a pair of boots. After being told by 3 different sales persons the boots will not go to the outlet section, I bit the bullet and paid almost full retail for a pair of last years boots... Not even 2 days after my order I noticed that evo put the remaining stock on the exact same boot in the outlet section. Long story short I over paid $100 for a pair of boots that have not even showed up on my door step yet. The only help they offered was $100 in store credit, which after this poor experience is not acceptable. Evo gear is getting their boots back ( at my expense of coarse) and they have lost the business of 2 avid out door enthusiasts.

I had a problem with my card, but evogear stuff was very helpful and quick, everything was solved fast, goods delivered as requested.
