We rented a Tesla Model X from EVision and it was a simple and great experience; first off the driver who brought the car explained everything in great detail and was very professional. The car’s condition was excellent aside from the falcon wing door opening switches from the passenger seats that were broken. Other than that we had no problems with the car and they picked it up at a suitable date and time. I would recommend to book advance as they require many types of documentation but EVision had the largest Electric Car selection that I could find in the UK and would book again.

My queries and changes to vehicle selection pre-hire were dealt with immediately. Specific vehicle and specification agreed upfront. Everything was made easy, including paperwork, insurance and standard background checks. Holiday cover dealt promptly with my request to add another driver for last week of hire. Delivery and pick-up on time. No hidden fees. Advised that deposit would be returned in full after a 6 week hire with no quibbles and no need to chase on my part. Excellent service, great vehicle. I‘ll hire again.

Great Vehicle, Excellent Service

We hired a Ford Mustang Mach-E from EVision to drive from Heathrow to the far north of Scotland and back. Christian Omango did an excellent job of managing the hiring process. He answered our many questions promptly and courteously. Delivery and pick-up at Heathrow went without a hitch. The car was in excellent condition upon delivery. The only surprise was that the Ford Mustang Mach-E does not have a spare tyre! - by design!
The car drove beautifully and was always comfortable. It handled the narrow winding roads on the North Coast 500 tourist drive extremely well.
There was no problem finding charging stations on the trip, even in remote locations.
The rental deposit was refunded within two weeks of returning the car as explained to us before the hire.
We would happily use EVision again.

EVision communicated well when setting up the hire. All the security checks etc were completed online in advance; when we arrived to collect our car it was ready and waiting, and there were no delays when picking up the car. Returning it was also a smooth and swift process.
The staff were friendly, helpful and clear throughout, and made it a very pleasant process. The Taycan was great and we both really enjoyed having it for the day.
If you can get to one of their bases to collect, or are hiring for long enough for the delivery charges to be reasonable, then I highly recommend EVision as a trustworthy, friendly and helpful hire company.

Friendly and helpful service. I was hiring from the USA but had a UK driving license so was OK. Lots of paperwork, but we did it all online and quite straightforward in the end. Drop off at Heathrow was excellent, very informative introduction to the car, and given to us in great condition. Loved driving the Ioniq but wouldn't buy one (internal space remarkably limited given how big it is or feels to drive on Cornish roads!). Easy drop-off as well - I would rent again, for sure.

You know what? Well worth it. They were great and understanding. They do carry out quite a bit of due diligence on new customers so the process can be a little lengthy but it's understandable. The car was fantastic, I loved it, in amazing condition and was a joy to drive. Pickup and drop-off was really easy and straightforward, and they were quite welcoming and attentive.

I got the car for just 24 hours to do a proper testdrive, and this satisfied that need perfectly. Thank you Christian and Chris and Phill you were lovely!

I wish I could get this level of quality service from every car rental company, but most of them don't hold a candle to EVision. Too bad I can't post photos in here to show you how good the rental looked from them.

Not to mention that they have a solar panel assembly at their depo so their cars are ecologically charged, and you don't have to bring it back like for like. Just fantastic. I'd honestly do a long-term lease with them if I had where to keep to vehicles.

Rented a Tesla Model S 100D for a skiing trip in France. EVision were very helpful answering my detailed questions during the booking process. Handover and handback were efficient and stress-free, albeit it is a little hard to find the exact location of the office. Very pleased with the vehicle and thank you for including the cost of using Superchargers with this model of vehicle.

Really appreciated the help from the logistics manager at Stood that came down on Saturday when we arrived early to return the car and then gave us a lift to the train station. And the quick turnaround on the hire process after committing late on a Friday afternoon for a Saturday pick up (thanks Christian!) - and thanks to the gentleman who waited for us to collect the car after we missed our train...

Wish the insurance was a little less prohibitive (two drivers costs twice as much) and think that adding the 'real world' distance to the vehicle mileage advice would be very helpful when making hiring decisions. But generally, Evision offers a great service, with helpful staff, which we have used more than once.

Excellent service. Great choice of electric cars and a good way to experience these without committing to purchase. The team at Evision sorted everything out for me including kit and paperwork for driving abroad, arranging delivery and collection to my home and on a 3 month + duration lease sorted out servicing and change of tyres when needed.

Thanks for driving the car from London to Manchester and making it all super convenient for me. Would definitely rent from them again.

Very helpful staff. The process is painless and they guided me through alternative choices. They even drove me to the local train station when the rain flooded the roads on the day I returned the car. I will be using them as my go to hire firm.
