The fit is perfect.

Initial mounds didn't work for me as they were too big. Replacement smaller mounds and puttys where dispatched as soon as requested, no addition charge.

These guys are good.
I have used many "boil and bite" gum Shields in the past for combat martial arts and I've always had issues with them no matter how much I spent. They always fit poorly, fall out or aren't comfortable. I decided to give EverythingTeeth a try as I was already spending similar amounts on gum Shields already do had nothing to lose. I was sceptical before I placed my order beforet everything went smoothly with the order, the return and the final product. All timelines they give are realistic (mine actually came a little early) and the product itself is first class. When I first put it in it almost sucked itself into my teeth like a magnet and stayed there for a full hour of training. I can talk, drink, smile and get knocked around and it doesn't budge, and it very comfortable throughout. When I came to taking it out I had to use a few fingers and pull hard it fit so close. I would 100% recommend these guys and their product(s). I will be using them again for sure and recommending them to my training partners. My only regret is wasting so much time and money for years before buying from them.

I have still not recieved any confirmation of my order placed on Friday. Please may someone help.

Dreadful. This is the first time I have ever gone out of my way and taken the time to review something, however on this occasion I felt it was necessary. I purchased there whitening tray home mould kit from phillips zoom, along with gels. The kit arrived very quickly. It stated on the site that once I had completed the moulds and posted them to "dentalimpressionskit" that I would receive the trays withing 7 days of them receiving the completed moulds. Fast forward 2 weeks I had heard nothing and conveniently for them they do not have a phone contact number on there site, so left a query in the contact section for them to reply to me once they had received it, which they did, only to tell me the moulds were no good, a few messages back and forth we came to the conclusion that the moulds were in fact okay, what they thought was a defect in the mould was actually a chip in my front teeth, you would think a professional could have figured that one out but hey ho. Moving on, I sent them photos of the teeth and they confirmed the mould was good and the technician would get the trays processed, over another week and still no trays and I can't even get a response from them. Nearly a month now to get trays that were supposed to take approximately a week.... apologies if the typing of this is a little hard to read but I hope it helps. Basically, don't bother wasting your time, go to a practice and pay the extra.. also, when I received the kit it came by signed for delivery, so if and when they do eventually turn up, no doubt I will get no notication of when and the delivery driver will take them back to the depot, cheers very much!

Straightforward instructions and the retainer arrived within the stated timeframe.

Really good from start to finish. I needed impressions of my top teeth done asap. As my private dentist was poorly in hospital. My retainer had snapped in half. To be honest the retainer I've had done through Everything teeth is a lot better. The fit is a lot more snug than the one I had done by the private dentist.

Very speedy delivery. My only slight complain is the sensitivity I am experiencing sadly.

Can not fault this company I messed up on my impressions and emailed the company and got a fast reply they sent me a new putty no extra charge and came very quick I was worry my retainers weren't going to fit but I was wrong they fit perfectly

Absolutely amazing service. I lost my retainers and so I sent over a previous mould my dentist gave to me of my teeth which sadly broke in the mail. They wrote to me explaining the options of trying to repair it, send an impression kit, or a refund. I opted for trying to repair. They managed to reassemble it as well as make a new mould for the future. I can't thank the amazing people who work here enough!

Really efficient. Impression set received within 48hours. Loads of information about how to make the impressions.
Day 8 of sending impressions I had not heard anything, so rang and spoke to someone who found my file and said they would complete the retainers that day and send them out. I received them within 48hours and they fit perfectly!

There were no emails relating to order progress or speed (not even an initial confirmation email). The first email I received was an invitation to review them on TrustPilot (so I guess they did have my email, and yes, I checked my spam). When I placed that review it had been 12 working days since the moulds should have arrived at their offices (excluding bank holidays and weekends obviously). There was a reply to that review which was the first I had heard from them, and to their credit they admitted to the lack of communication and the delay, but said it was due to poor moulds on my end, which may be true, or it may be something convenient to say. There is no way to know there and I don't want to throw accusations, it's just hard to build trust without any clue of what is going on behind the scenes.

To remedy the situation they then sent a replacement kit with speedy delivery, free of charge, and sorted me out. I think that's pretty good. The replacement version came through on time and in good order, and the upper retainer was a perfect fit, but the lower is quite loose (it will be ineffective until my teeth get a fair bit worse). Ultimately the end product is probably as good as you can get with moulds in the post, and I would say I'm satisfied with their round 2, it's just a shame I had to go through the initial disaster class.

I ordered a night guard. Firstly it didn't fit properly, the bite was off and after one use I developed a painful gum infection. I was subsequently provided a full refund. I've had a several night guards made via a few Dentists and the materials used by everythingteeth is not the same. Poor communication as well (the phone number provided is never answered). Had to make a claim via PayPal.

I'm updating this because they provided a response. I will reiterate. The materials they used are not the same as qualified dentists use. Any claim otherwise is false.

If you want a proper night guard, go to a qualified dentist and pay extra.
