Ordered a Neon sign and did not get what I ordered. They did send a final preview but the link was bad and I responded to the email that it could not be opened. Then sent the wrong thing anyway.

Very poor company and fraud company. CEO Hasit, Barkha and acting HR Rasna all are fraud, doing fraud with their employees. So friends beware of this kind of lichhad companies. And their worst management. They are living only by the cost cutting of every employees.

Scam company! DONT SPEND YOUR MONEY.

They sell items without any installation instructions and won't help on line or by phone...avoid if possible

This company is terrible. I am a real nail salon business runner and always in need of neon signs for the shops. Their site has a lot of those samples but can't ever able get to a real customer service personnel for further assistance. [1x I was able to talk to someone who answer my call and she was brushing her teeth in the bathroom, with water running in the background.] I don't suggest buying anything from these people.... and their website should be removed by BBB or the state that it's operating. (I will contact them soon)

I would not recommend this business at all.

I ordered a custom sign, which I believed to be neon, since it quite literally stated that it would be "glass neon" on the website. When I received my order, my sign was not neon at all. Just cheap plastic LED that looks awful.

I contacted customer service and they stated that they no longer do neon and that they have only ever made one real neon sign. This is suspicious to me as their website has several photos of real neon signs. They also only offered to give me a refund of $120 when I paid $459 for something I do not even want. They also continued to ask me "how much I would be willing to pay" for the sign. Mind you, I thought I was getting a real neon sign, I should receive a full refund, which I have not received anything yet.

False advertising, expensive and cheap looking products. If you are looking for real neon, go elsewhere. If you are looking for a nice looking LED sign, then still go elsewhere because what I did receive was low quality. 0/10

They falsely advertise items as neon signs, when I received LED. The type of sign was shown as "neon" in my order confirmation. If it is LED, then it needs to say that somewhere. I paid $459 for garbage and was mislead by the website. It has still not been made right by the company despite having talked on the phone to customer service and sending three emails.

You always seem to exceed my expectations. You do what it takes to help out with designing of the lighting we need and bend over backwards to get it to us when needed. No other partner could offer the technical support, service and savings you guys do time after time.
