I am disabled I was fully supported in the showroom during my visit to have a repair on my new vehicle. The staff were courteous and helped me to get to and from the showroom while the vehicle was in with them. They even valeted my car Really good service from them

Young girl on the service department was lovely and very polite tried to get everything done as soon as she could for me. But I come home with a car not cleaned which was really annoying. As services are a lot to pay for and that’s what’s included in them.

My car was due its service and MOT, it was booked in and I spoke to Megan Brown who confirmed the booking. I explained that I needed the car back as quickly as possible due to being a full time carer and I couldn’t leave my mum for too long, Megan understood my situation and suggested the first appointment. As promised my service and MOT was done to time and although I needed some work doing to it, Megan called me and went through my options, she then helped me set up a Bumper payment plan, which was a big help. Again, my car was ready within the timescale and Megan totally understood my situation. She not only knew her stuff ‘mechanically’ but her Customer Service skills were 10/10. Megan is an asset to the Evans Halshaw team and a really nice young lady.

I’ve just bought my car from Evans Halshaw Wigan. Richard made the whole experience both trouble free and enjoyable which is a first for me because buying a car is not usually a pleasure. Richard was patient with me, answered all my questions and thoroughly explained the process and the paperwork. Excellent customer service from start to finish so thank you! When I get my parcel shelf, I’ll make it a 6 star review!

A vedio footage is provided to present the examination processing , its impersive and professional. Which I haved never been in other carage for MOT.

Very disappointed again with this branch. Car was booked in for service and recall issue. Got a call at 11am saying car ready but recall issue not done as software not working. As I couldn’t get out of work until 4pm, I asked them to try again later to complete the recall issue and this was agreed.

I hadn’t heard anything at about 3pm so I rang and was told all work was completed. I specifically asked if the recall issue had been completed and I was told it had been. Travelled to Wigan to collect only to be told I would have to book in again for the recall issue as this had not been completed.

I am utterly disgusted at the situation given I have to ask for someone to also take time out of work to drive me to the showroom. I would not recommend this branch and will be taking this further as there was absolutely no concession to fixing this situation in any way at all. I did buy this car with a package that included pick up and drop off for service but have since been told that this is no longer an option despite me having paid for this. Miss-selling and poor customer service.

We had an amazing sales assistant called Richard at the Wigan branch, he encouraged us the think outside the box and consider an electric vehicle, was very professional and informative. We are now the proud owners of a fully electric car and we are extremely happy with our purchase of a Vauxhall grandland
